I highly recommend home and the team for future purchases. Thanks again for all of your help. I feel like I received a more than fair deal and wonderful service. These are the best people to buy from. Michael, thanks again. You did a wonderful job in the deal. The showroom was so clean and safety was observed with the staff all wearing masks in observance of COVID 19 precautions. Bathrooms were very clean. Privacy was also maintained.

I have been going to this dealership for many years and have always had a fair and positive experience. No surprises and they really do care about the quality of service they provide. Got some new tires using their tire sale and am very pleased. My only gripe is the wait before getting a service done. Usually you have to book weeks in advance and now it’s getting to be close to a month.

My wife got a flat tire - in mid August (95 degree day) in West Huntington. I was out of town, but it turns out that wouldn't have mattered. A friend came to help her - but after a bit he discovered a LOCKED lugnut!! About two hours in, she had to call Bill Cole. They said it was an "anti" theft nut - and said they will "try" to call service. TWO hours later a wrecker shows up -guy takes a look and says he can't put the donut on either (ARE you kidding ME!!!!). Now over four hours in this ordeal - 95 degree heat BTW - he says he can tow it to Bill Cole on RT 60. My wife is a grocery delivery driver and has missed several trips and tons of money/tips by now - but the story doesn't end here! After 5 hours, and them CHARGING US for a tire - she was finally able to come home. Exhausted, sweaty, lost wages, etc., etc. These peolpe are CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!

Took my wife's 2018 Pathfinder in with 62571 miles on it due to a ticking noise coming from the engine (V-6). they charged me a $179.69 diagnostic fee. According to my receipt it says they found a multi cylinder misfire code of P0300. The check engine light should have been on for that. The receipt also said the technician found sludge inside the oil fill cap and the corrective action was to replace my engine. I am a mechanic, been working on engines since 1985. before I tell a customer that they need a new engine, I would have at least pulled the valve covers off and taken pictures to show what I have found. Basically I got charged $179 to have somebody unscrew an oil fill cap and not really diagnose the problem. NEVER take a vehicle to this place to have any diagnostic work done. I wouldn't trust them with a flat tire.

I initially called the dealership to schedule an appointment but was put on hold twice for a total of 30 minutes before I gave up. I tried calling about 10 more times that day to no avail so I drove to schedule an appointment. Once there I scheduled the appointment. I came back at the scheduled time only to be told they could not do it then and to have the man blame it on one of his coworkers. I politely agreed to come back another day. The service was still terrible and I will never trust this dealer with my car. They are irresponsible and rude and would much rather drive and hour to take my business somewhere where they actually care about customers.

They mailed out "Money Carlo" match to win tricking folks into believing they had won $5000. I went to get my wife's car serviced and observed many elderly people along with many more from various age groups show up to claim their prize. It was a trick to get them in but no place in the mailings could I find where they stated it was a "chance" to win. False advertising and the local government should look into this and protect people from this dealership. Those elderly folks could barely get around and had no intention of buying a new car. Shame on you Garland Nissan!! I won't even give you my service business anymore.

Jim Johnson Nisan Service left the keys of my car in the car and it was stolen from their lot. I was asked if I or my friends had taken my car. I had spent 3 years and over $8,000 making sure everything was right on this car so it would last me the rest of my life (71). The car was like new even though it had 174,000 miles (minor oil leak). The thief's drove 800 miles before damaging the engine (2 cylinders no longer had compression). My insurance totaled my car (not Jim Johnson's Insurance because they took no responsibility for the theft). Jim Johnson owes me $4,000 of my investment and could care less because it was not their money that was lost. I am on a fixed income and now have to drive to Nashville VA hospital and back (over 100 miles round trip) every 3 months to make shore my throat cancer has not come back. Because of Jim Johnson I had to buy a new car (I could not afford $20,000). Jim Johnson is no better than those who stole my car from their lot after they left my keys in my car.
