We were traveling pulling our 5th wheel. Developed a vibration in the F350 diesel. This dealership took us in, diagnosed the problem and had us back on the road in 2 1/2 hours. Very pleasant to deal with. I would go back there to trade or buy a vehicle even though it's quite a ways from my home. Great dealership with great people.

Hunter A. is a service advisor, on a Saturday, I walked in, which is nice I didn't need an appointment. Hunter is professional, respectful and patience. I appreciate that, some service people make an audible sigh or that look, with the elderly, which I hate even before I open my mouth. From the get-go he listened to my situation and asked valid questions to make sure he understood my requests, which I did notice. An hour into my waiting, he checked in with me, it turns out, the TECH found another issue, it opened up a new discussion which involved the extra maintenance I have with my Lincoln, of which I keep the paperwork in the car. He was running back and forth, from me to my car, to find what I believed was a covered repair. It wasn't but, that is not the point, Hunter was running around, reading the warranty paperwork and gladly showed me where he found it, then ran back.to my car to put away. Something he really didn't have to do, and I thank him for that. Granted it wasn't that busy, but I gotta hand it to him and the other service writer, they were working so well together and kept the cars moving as it did get busier. Hunter deservers a 5 Star Rating, not the Mr. Shane Collins whom I did not see or meet, unless that is the name of the other service writer I listed below.

Can’t get in touch with the service department at all—just stuck dealing with automation. When Danielle texted me about the issue, she asked how she could help, so I gave her a detailed explanation about what’s going on with my 2021 F150 Lariat, but she never responded. I’ve called the dealership twice trying to schedule service, and both times I was just transferred back to the automation. Looks like I’ll be finding another dealership.

I wish I could rate this place lower then I did. I took my car in and it sat for hours. I came back and they said they drove it and gave me a list of parts it needed. I went to my car to look because I hadn't had a call. The car was in the same spot with not one mile put on it. I went back in talked to the service manager who called me a liar. He said they don't do business like that and if I didn't like the service there to leave the property. I have never been treated so badly in my entire life. I'll never be back and I'll make sure people know what happened. The service manager isn't fit to sweep the lot he's a complete joke

Firmware upgrade - Elmer Fudd

Took my F250 6.7 in for software/firmware update ("10 minute process - max"). Personable service manager, but didn't appear too comfortable in his role. After 3 hours of waiting and no updates by SM as to progress, I asked for a status and I was finally told that the service tech blew up three computers trying to get the update installed and that I'd have to bring the vehicle back in three days (to give them time to acquire another computer). Next morning the batteries were completely dead "due to a setting the tech failed to return to default". Hunh.... DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. They're either incompetent, or don't care.

This service dept. is top notch. They will work to schedule you and complete the job as promptly as possible. In addition, they don't recommend services that are not needed on your vehicle.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would absolutely. NEVER take your vehicle to this place for service. I have taken my vehicle in several times for "the works" oil change and my bill has never been more than $65-$70 which is reasonable for an oil change. My bill was $190!!!!! A service was performed on the bill for "replacement of lug nuts" for a whopping total of $130 for that service alone. FOR LUG NUTS. The kicker is that I was never told this service was being performed until after it was finished. So I call up there to ask a manager about the service. Victoria in the service department answered the phone and I explained to her this issue. She got a huge attitude and rude tone of voice with me, called me a liar and stated that she told me of the service before it was performed WHICH WAS NOT AT ALL THE CASE, I was told after the fact. She proceeded to argue with me, and once I called her attitude out she called me "sweetie" and "honey" which is extremely disrespectful because she was trying to be a smarta** about it. She kept calling me a liar however, and refused to correct this situation. She stated her manager was not in and there was nothing she could do. So I am following up on this but I have a feeling it will not be made right. For a local business, y'all sure do treat your local customers with such disrespect to make a buck. This was appalling. NEVER TRUST YOUR BUSINESS HERE, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MAKING MONEY AT YOUR EXPENSE AND IGNORANCE AND WILL NOT RIGHT THE ISSUE. DISGUSTING!!!

On December 12th, 2023, we dropped our Ford F150 off at Greenwood Ford for some minor Collison repairs. My experience with this has been very unpleasant. On February 7th, 2024, I was told by Cliff that the truck was complete and ready to be picked up. Upon arrival, I noticed there were missing parts and I detected flat spots on my tires from the negligence of this facility. I brought this to the attention of the service manager. After reviewing the situation, he stated that my tires were a result of suspension issue. As a result, they were not willing to cover any cost associated with replacing the tires. According to Greenwood Ford’s website, the service technicians are “Highly trained to conduct comprehensive inspections and repairs”. If my vehicle had a suspension issues, why was this not brought to my attention during my regular scheduled maintenance or my multi point inspections. All of which have been conducted at Greenwood Ford since I purchased the truck in April of 2022. On Saturday Feb 25th, 2024 I had to purchase new tires. The cost of those tires were $1646.69. This could have been easily avoided if your “Highly trained technicians” took care of my truck while it was in their possession. I urge you to avoid this dealer ship and any dealership that operates under Renshaw Auto Group.

As a military, I always look for somewhere reliable and professional place that I feel like getting trustful services and this is the place. And also it's cheaper here than one in clarksville for the lower sales tax.
