Bought my Kia Forte from here in 2021. They were attentive, professional and very informative. Had some problems later in 2024 and although it took a while to get my service repair done, I was informed weekly if not daily on the status of my vehicle. They have been shorthanded since COVID but they try to keep you informed. I was very happy with all my experiences at Martin Kia.

Do not buy a Kia vehicle with a GDI engine (gasoline direct injected) after about 50,000 miles they use oil like crazy. Also I've had this Kia soul at the service department three times for recalls and this last time I needed to borrow a vehicle for about 10 minutes. The guy looked outside and said we don't have any now I'm looking at almost 200 cars, I'm thinking about telling them I want to test drive a new one and I bet they'll give me a vehicle then. I must say this place does not look after their customers. I am not a disgruntled customer of Kia, but their vehicles do have a lot of problems and their service department really Lacks in customer service

Rob Mac is an excellent representative for Kia store East. I have bought many of automobiles in my 75 years. Rob made me feel at ease this purchase was actually enjoyable..I now have two Kia Souls I have purchased form Kia Store East. If I need a third I will be looking and asking for Rob
