I recently 3/19/2021 1pm had an alignment on my 2015... - Unsatisfactory

I recently 3/19/2021 1pm had an alignment on my 2015 Malibu at Dutch’s. I had an appointment at 1pm . Shortly after dropping the car off I was notified it needed a 4 wheel alignment instead of 2. Which costs more. I picked it up and it still pulls to the right awful. I called back and was told I had a strut that had to be ground on. Then they asked if I had only changed one tire? How can a four wheel alignment be done without noticing all four tires were new and the strut was new? I was then asked if I could bring it back in at a later time and drop it off so they could work me in . A major inconvenience for me . I expect better from a dealership. Note : all persons I spoke with were polite and nice .At the end of the day I am out 90$ and my car still out of alignment.

I would like to give a Special Thank You to Gambrel Chevrolet Service Department. On my way from Cape Coral, Fl to Cincinnati, Ohio my car was having problems. I was able to get off I-75 and find Gambrel Chevrolet, they tried to find the problem. As it was late in the day they asked if I could leave the car or bring it back the next morining. I chose to stay the night and bring the car back the next day. They took it right away, and really put forth the effort to find the problem. A fault fuel pump was the culprit, two more hours of work and a new fuel pump I was headed North again. During the time they were working on my car they made sure I had lunch and really extended the Corbin, Kentucky hospitality.<br> Since I was a woman traveling by myself, I was worried about the car and my safety, I was reassured by how respectfully I was treated while at the dealership. Ill be honest , I was about to be done with Henderson Chevrolet , bought my Armada in april , told them something was not right with the brakes , took it in to service , was told everything was good they did bleed the brakes and it helped somewhat , something was still off and steering wheel was shaking when hard braking, took it in monday for oil change and advised again something was wrong with brakes. I was told the rotors needed to be replaced, I was not about to pay for that when just 3000 miles ago I was told it was all ok. Spoke with Sam (sales manager) he took care of it and had my rotors replaced. So with that being said , was taken care of like it should have been done. I will continue to use Henderson Chevrolet as my dealership and would recommend to anyone else.

The service dept. at Herb Jones Elizabethtown is outstanding! Jessica went above and beyond to make sure I got my desperately needed oil change; which was amazing since I was 25 minutes late. The service didnt take long and I couldnt have asked for a better price. I highly recommend Herb Jones. They have a way of making you feel like family.

Was on tour with the National Corvette Museum during one of the Museum in Motion (KY 1Lap) tours when I experience clutch issues with our 2018 Corvette Grand Sport. The service department was very responsive and took care of the issue very quickly. The corvette technician, Christian, met with us personally and explained the findings and solution. We were on our way within an hour. Great service from the time we checked in all the way through checkout. Customer lounge was clean and well maintained with internet connection to stay in touch with others. Great experience all the way around!

From making the appointment to service and etc. it was fantastic, they did an excellent job. We do have extended warranty on the chevy but you all do not have a copy and it should have come up as we bought it through the dealer in Arkansas where we lived at the time. Could not have been more satisfied. The young man that handled my car was professional friendly and encouraging. Way to go.

Worse Dealership I've ever worked with! - Patrick

Herb Kinman is responsible for the worse car buying and owning experience I have ever had...period. Avoid this place at all costs! Drive a little further and buy from a dealership that doesn't have a "C" rating from the BBB. I've had 10 lifters replaced in my truck in 4 years. In 2015 I had 2 replaced and was assured by HKC that it wouldn't happen again, that this was a fluke. A few weeks ago another lifter went out. I called HKC and the general managers solution was to sell me a new car.
