She provided excellent customer service by accommodating my car the scheduled maintenance after the company I chose did not cover the maintenance. While waiting for the service team to complete the maintenance, I inquired about an email from Infiniti regarding the Xchange special program they were offering. I met Kristopher sales manager that just happened to be there early. He was patient, professional and informational with showing me QX60 options. Kristopher passed the baton to Daymond who also was fun with a great sense of humor!
