Once again, a great service trip to Courtesy. The Service staff is very knowledgeable and always very helpful. They explain everything that needs to be done and never try to over sell you!! The management team always goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable! The detail department does an excellent job as well! All around great service! Highly recommend!

The sales and finance people were helpful and courteous. I bought a certified preowned Silverado and in the first couple weeks found a problem. I took the truck back. They looked at the problem and said yes, we will take care of it. They provided a loaner and made it right with my truck.

Went shopping for Used Trailblazer and Salesman tried to show us everything we were not betrayed in . Looked at new one in showroom and it was DEAD when tried to start. When we met General Manager he said they had no purchase incentives which was not true and he was VERY ARROGANT. This used to be a great dealership. Went down the road and bought a Buick from the Buick GMC Dealership who treated me GREAT.

When I had any questions or concerns, I called Ray or Cory and both responded with swift and prompt answers…incredible!!! With excellent communication, outstanding customer service, and incredible mechanics & technicians, all issues were resolved and FIXED!!! 100% COMPLETE SATISFACTION!!!
