Lauren was great and really helped me out. The Jeep broke down on the Interstate at 4 in the morning. I put in a roadside request through Jeep and after sitting for 5 hours and still no tow, I reached out to Lauren at the dealership. We got a tow truck worked out and within 2 hours, the Jeep was finally on a truck headed to Lauren. Thank you Lauren! As far as Jeep, well they won't get any thanks from me.

Once again, a great service trip to Courtesy. The Service staff is very knowledgeable and always very helpful. They explain everything that needs to be done and never try to over sell you!! The management team always goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable! The detail department does an excellent job as well! All around great service! Highly recommend!

The dealership is wonderful. I could never say enough positive things about the salespeople as well as the receptionist. The staff in sales match the definition for professionalism. HOWEVER…The service department is horrible. Beware single working mothers. Please take a trusted person with you and ask questions! I feel I was grossly taken advantage of and I could have saved well over 500$ if I had brought my vehicle back to my hometown rather than using this service department. I hope to never have to go back. If I do, I will have a trusted person with me.

Went shopping for Used Trailblazer and Salesman tried to show us everything we were not betrayed in . Looked at new one in showroom and it was DEAD when tried to start. When we met General Manager he said they had no purchase incentives which was not true and he was VERY ARROGANT. This used to be a great dealership. Went down the road and bought a Buick from the Buick GMC Dealership who treated me GREAT.
