Xander Johnson and Jack Bresser were excellent to work with on the purchase of a used vehicle from Premier Volvo/Overland Park. It had been awhile since I had purchased a vehicle, and I had actually been delaying the process because I was not looking forward to dealing with sales reps. I was much surprised by the professionalism, fairness, and ease of working with Xander and Jack during the purchase process. After the purchase, Xander went above and beyond to help me learn about my new vehicle, a lot of new tech that I was not familiar with. Jack also went above and beyond to help me with an issue I was having with the auto windows, -the day after- the purchase was finalized. Charbel, in the payment department, was also great to work with. The whole experience was smooth, and SO much better than I had been anticipating. Thanks much Xander and Jack.
