I highly recommend the McCarthy Chevrolet service department. I recently purchased my first heavy duty diesel truck, and was having concerns based on my unfamiliarity with the sounds it was making, along with behavior I was not accustomed to in my previous light duty gas trucks. My service advisor, Chris Legrotte, faciliated a ride along with the service manager, Jake Harper, to make sure I didn’t have any issues with the truck, and ease my concerns. Jake spent at least 30 minutes on the drive, putting my truck through the paces in all types of driving conditions, as well as having a couple of his techs put it on a rack and giving the undercarriage and engine compartment a full inspection when we returned to the dealership. I can’t say enough good things about Chris Legrotte. and Jake, and also the techs who conducted the after-drive inspections. Everyone involved went above and beyond expectations. I sincerely appreciate it.

DO NOT GO THERE! Absolutely horrible! I took my truck in to have the check engine light diagnosed. I was told it would be like $730 just for parts and labor, and that's after they deducted the $195 diagnostic fee. I told them not to fix it, and I would just pick it up. When I was paying for only the diagnostic fee to get my truck back, I noticed that on my bill they were charging a $29.40 fee for "customer pay shop charge for repair order." And, I even had a scheduled appointment. It's like they charged me $29.40 extra just to be seen there. The very next day I decided to drive my truck until it was almost completely out of gas, and I tried using a bottle of Gumout before I filled up with fuel. The check engine light was magically gone when I started my truck, and it's running great.

I love them I got a car 5 years ago and the car still have got mileage it havnt had to put a lot of work into it just a battery and starter and I keep my oil change up my car is almost paid off and hoping to buy another car from them around December 2020 but 5 stars from me
