Adam in this particular instance and overall every time I've taken my Highlander in for service is heads and shoulders above every other car dealership I've done business with. My problem was actually all on my shoulders (unrealized at the time) and regardless these guys did at least 3 backflips to take care of it and me. They didn't have to take care of it, didn't make me feel stupid over it and were nothing but graceful handling it. This is my second Toyota bought here and will not be my last. Thanks a million you guys-

My car was brought into your service after it wouldn't start by AAA yesterday and needed a new battery which they replaced. We were treated very well and explained what it needed and we brought it home yesterday.

BMW has the worst service department we have ever experienced. We took our SUV BMW in for yearly service and it came back three days later in WORSE shape that when we brought it in! We have purchased three BMWs in the last 10 years but we will not be doing this again. When I went to pick it up, they had gashed in the back of the car with some type of tool. And then we discovered, after we got home (one hour away, that they hadn't even changed the oil!! Never again...

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO CROWN TOYOTA, NOR BUY A TOYOTA. After I took my Prius engine was running rough, they felt they had properly addressed by getting me to agreed to an overpriced (expected) replacement of a part. Mechanic had not been sure this was the right move, but was his best shot. I had agreed to go that route as he sincerely said if that was not the fix he would make things right. Well, within five days, the engine ran rougher and in the same way, I took it back and mechanic tried to say he had fixed problem, that now I had a new a different symptom, completely unrelated. This was a laughable conclusion. Anyway, the proposed fix now was an engine install that had over 115,000 miles on it for $6k. Please, this is how the most deceptive and bilk-driven auto shops work. THIS DEALERSHIP RUINS THE TOYOTA NAME. I've convinced many not to go here for service, nor to buy a new car, and not even to buy a Toyota again. STAND UP: DON'T BUY TOYOTA

I called today for help with some of the features on my new RAV4 and was put in contact with Product Specialist, Derrick. He was extremely helpful in changing the settings on my car and how to work the remote start. He was very patient and talked me through all the steps in setting up my mobile app. I called him back later asking for help with setting my speedometer to digital...once again he was kind, patient, and very helpful. He deserves a huge raise!!

Have had my wifes Toyota serviced at this location - Sick and tired

Have had my wifes Toyota serviced at this location several times. They do okay work. The issue I'm having with them is if I call and want to talk to a rep in service department I'm told all of them are busy and someone would call me back and no one ever dose. This has happened several times. The issue I'm having is if you tell me someone will call back I do expect someone to do that . Have a system in place that someone gets the message and are not just standing or sitting around not doing nothing. I have an issue with being lied to and not shown me or my business is not appreciated. I was just going to let this go but I'm a little sick and tired of businesses/ corporations not giving value back to the consumer.

Thank you so much service department. Twice your service department have privided assistance to me. Both times they were kind and informative. The first time, I was traveling from my home in Topeka (in my Prius) to my father’s home in Grinnell. While driving a wind storm came up and made the molding on my roof to fly around. Your service department taped the molding down and gave me great ideas on how to self repair my car. This week your service team again came to my rescue by providing assistance to me while again I was visiting my father. After driving my car to take my father to his doctor’s appointment my car would not start. I tried to find a local mechanic but no one knew how to work on hybrid cars. I called your dealership,, and again your service department provided assistance. After asking several questions, your technician determined that my battery was dead. He talked me through the steps to jump my car, and even helping me find the correct battery. A big thanks goes out to your service personnel.

We moved to Kansas in 2022 and started taking our vehicles to Little Apple Honda last year. Today's visit was for recall work to be done. The dealership's atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. Mark Kendall made sure that I knew how long it would take since I would be waiting. The work was completed ahead of schedule, which was very nice! We do plan to continue working with this dealership in the future! It's about an hour drive from our house, but it is worth it! Thank you for the excellent service!

Didn't ask them to wash my car! - Steve08

Quality Toyota Independence Kansas, here we go now update. They send my car out to Quality paints to have the scratch taken out. At first glance I thought they'd taken care of the problem. This morning when I go out to my car I realized that the spot where they scratch my car has not been taken care of! You think these guys from quality paint would cover your car so they wouldn't get splattered on the rest of your car,especially on black trim! Nobody takes pride in their work anymore! When I called quality Toyota this morning I was so mad I was shaking! The more I look at my car there is swirl marks from whoever was using a dirty mitt while they were washing my car! The thing is I never asked them to wash my car! So now I have this problem with them xxxxxxx my god is anybody professional anymore!
