BMW has the worst service department we have ever experienced. We took our SUV BMW in for yearly service and it came back three days later in WORSE shape that when we brought it in! We have purchased three BMWs in the last 10 years but we will not be doing this again. When I went to pick it up, they had gashed in the back of the car with some type of tool. And then we discovered, after we got home (one hour away, that they hadn't even changed the oil!! Never again...

Excellent Staff! I own two Foresters and I bring them here for every service. I have always been treated well. They even wash my car after service.

Service department! Told me the price for repair was $80. I told them to go ahead and repair. Christy told me she made a mistake. The total was going to be $160. Don’t give me one quote. Then change your quote. Especially after I watch you scan the part! Ask the service guy on labor! I wasn’t born yesterday! Don’t take advantage of females like that! I already didn’t trust service departments! Welp! My trust was broken more!

Staff are friendly, but professional. They also gave me good suggestions on how to maintain my car. They did a good job and were quick with getting my car back to me. One problem. Someone touched the fabric on my driver's side door and put dirty oil stains on it. I'll have to see if I can get them out.

Absolute worst in the USA for service. Website doesn't work. Have to call multiple times to get a brain engaged . Even after that the unnamed 'Service Manager' (Amanda) got involved and set things up. On the wrong day. Tried to fix it but, whoops, cant do it on the weekend per someone else (after set up online for the same thing). Huh? all taken care of but them nothing taken care of? Pound sand...
