While my car was being serviced, Allan walked me over to the lobby. He kept me up to date on how much longer it was going to take. Once it was ready, he came and got me then walked me out to my car. He was very courteous, friendly, and polite.

BMW has the worst service department we have ever experienced. We took our SUV BMW in for yearly service and it came back three days later in WORSE shape that when we brought it in! We have purchased three BMWs in the last 10 years but we will not be doing this again. When I went to pick it up, they had gashed in the back of the car with some type of tool. And then we discovered, after we got home (one hour away, that they hadn't even changed the oil!! Never again...

I wish to thank Jason Petty, service advisor and tech: Michael Steiner for going above and beyond in my estimation, for taking in my 2016 Kia Forte which I bought used from another dealer yet installed a different wheel which included cruise control. I had bought this after reading on Kia Forte forum that others had been successful in replacing a similar situation. I knew there would be no dash light indicator but I had no success finding an independent mechanic to install. The dealer I bought my car from wouldn’t install it either. I called Kia and Jason scheduled me to attempt the install not being able to guarantee it would work but happy me and them when they were able to make the change and it work just fine. I was not told the car didn’t have cruise control when I purchased the car and was sad not to have it after giving up car which did. This makes my Firte supremely happy to enjoy owning now. This Kia of Manhattan has won my thanks and future remembrance when it’s time for another car. And MORE SURPRISINGLY, they washed my car afterwards, incredible concern for providing excellence in service!

I bought a used car from Midwest Kia in September 2024. - jhpbrla

I bought a used car from Midwest Kia in September 2024. It is making a terrible metal on metal noise. When I called, they said the next available appointment is February 2025. I called Midtown Kia in Tulsa, OK and they told me emphatically not to drive it and to have it towed to them. I will be doing that in the morning. Midwest Kia lied when they told me they had my back on service for this car. They are NOT dependable. They DO NOT keep their word. I will NEVER do business with them again.
