It’s never fun need your car serviced while on vacation. We had a flat tire and needed to replace it. Spoke to Brenden in the service department and he assured me that he would get it fixed. When we arrived, he took care of everything. And he took care of it quickly. Great job Brenden and Infiniti of Kansas City!

BMW has the worst service department we have ever experienced. We took our SUV BMW in for yearly service and it came back three days later in WORSE shape that when we brought it in! We have purchased three BMWs in the last 10 years but we will not be doing this again. When I went to pick it up, they had gashed in the back of the car with some type of tool. And then we discovered, after we got home (one hour away, that they hadn't even changed the oil!! Never again...

Improvements in communication with the customer are greatly improved from 6 months ago. The service department is now one of the best we have had business with. Highly recommend. In the sales department Kyle is the BEST.
