Worked with Chelsea Mackey, and she was great to work with (easy to get in touch with, ask questions to, have virtual discussions with). We shipped the car to California, and Chelsea was on top of things until it arrived. The shipping company was a bit tricky to get in touch with, but everything got here a day later than expected without any trouble.
