Worst experience ever!! Truck engine blew 1 week out of sale. Dealer did not want anything to do with it. Turned in registration and title paperwork late. I have had an untradeable, unusable truck for over a month now.

Handed keys to a car that was very tightly parked. Took for test drive. Salesman refused to sell the car as it had an issue. Told him to call me when issue was fixed. Issue fixed, car on line for sale,.Never received a call. Found the same car with less mileage elsewhere for 20% less. So I bought it instead.

We bought a used Cadilac from them and have been extremely pleased. There were a couple issues after we got it but things they could not have known. They still went way beyond what we hoped for to get it taken care of. We were so impressed we have sent our Daughter and Son-in-law there as well as our son. They were treated with absolute respect and walked through the process in every way. They got very good deals on some awesome vehicles. I can't say enough positive things about this dealership. Amazing service! I was skeptical at first not living in the San Antonio area (I’m from Austin). I had actually started the process of paying for a transfer from a Carmax location to my nearest CarMax, however I found the same vehicle with a better trim level for the same price. I was able to call Andy Deleon and get everything worked out over the phone without having to waste time driving the two hours, plus negotiating in person. I was able to get in and out in an hour! I’m loving my new (to me) vehicle.

I bought a Can am defender from them. I call in to get it serviced and worked on. You call and the people are very rude over the phone. Not personable at all! You go to pick the equipment up and they are Very rude and disrespectful! I have talked to several people with same issue!

From letting me "drive" the process to quick follow up on requests including pricing options based on 2 different vehicles, they helped me find the right Rogue for the right price! My first visit was rushed, I wanted to test drive the car to check against a sluggish acceleration review. They did not try to delay my test drive to sell me on the model but were subject matter experts & provided tidbits of relevant info as time allowed. As a woman, negotiating on my own, I felt they were straight forward about my trade in, rebates and credit options and I appreciated not feeling talked down to or handled. I was in control. I am writing this email to inform you that I'm not satisfied with the way you and the finance guy handled the deal of my Volkswagen jetta. First you sold it to me for 15900 and it was listed at 14900 on your internet site. second even 14900 is way over priced. according to Kelly blue book the car is only worth 13085 so it is sad that you even made a deal like this with me. second the trade in on it is only worth 9150 so I owe 16500 on this and it is not worth much more than half that...Wow you really screwed me on this deal.. my mustang trade was worth 14000 and I owed 14400 now I'm really screwed on this vehicle. So thank you for really putting me upside down... I will never buy another vehicle from you or auto edge as long as I live and it really makes me sad because I thought you were my friend and I thought I could trust you. remember I buy a lot of cars at least 1 a year for me and my wife, and I am the one that my family comes to for help when they want to buy a car.
