Handed keys to a car that was very tightly parked. Took for test drive. Salesman refused to sell the car as it had an issue. Told him to call me when issue was fixed. Issue fixed, car on line for sale,.Never received a call. Found the same car with less mileage elsewhere for 20% less. So I bought it instead.

Iowa Auto Exchange I wanted to say how much me and the kids appreciate everything you did for our family! I have never seen anyone work as hard as Todd and Alex. They meant they would get me approved and they did! I’m in a very reliable car and my heart is at peace. I have cancer as many of you know and these two men really went out on a limb for me. I was met the first day with care and respect. They did not pressure me into anything. When I asked questions they answered. I am amazed at how they worked together and with me to help. I will always refer friends and never forget the compassion and salesmanship and courtesy that they gave to me. I’m so elated that finally a used car salesmen is honest! I will be leaving lots of reviews! Note to buyers for used cars; Do not shoot the messenger if your financing doesn’t come back on the super low end, as we are all where we are in life because of life and life choices and our credit and unforeseen happenings. So by no fault of the dealership.(btw they get you the lowest they can) Don’t pick a car without knowing you will have to put money into it Don’t harass and leave bad reviews because you spent 7,000 and expected a 30,000 car Do ask the salesman to tell you which car runs better(looks mean nothing) When you buy a used car be ready to spend money on brakes,oil change, tires, tune up etc. Nobody knows what the last owner actually did! We bought a used Cadilac from them and have been extremely pleased. There were a couple issues after we got it but things they could not have known. They still went way beyond what we hoped for to get it taken care of. We were so impressed we have sent our Daughter and Son-in-law there as well as our son. Amazing service! I was skeptical at first not living in the San Antonio area (I’m from Austin). I had actually started the process of paying for a transfer from a Carmax location to my nearest CarMax, however I found the same vehicle with a better trim level for the same price. I was able to call Andy Deleon and get everything worked out over the phone without having to waste time driving the two hours, plus negotiating in person. I was able to get in and out in an hour! I’m loving my new (to me) vehicle.

From letting me "drive" the process to quick follow up on requests including pricing options based on 2 different vehicles, they helped me find the right Rogue for the right price! My first visit was rushed, I wanted to test drive the car to check against a sluggish acceleration review. They did not try to delay my test drive to sell me on the model but were subject matter experts & provided tidbits of relevant info as time allowed. As a woman, negotiating on my own, I felt they were straight forward about my trade in, rebates and credit options and I appreciated not feeling talked down to or handled. I was in control.
