I was visiting from out of town and check engine light came on. They hooked up my car to computer and let me know what was going on with it. They wouldn't accept my offer to pay for checking on this. The car was fine but it helped know that someone took the time to look at it and make sure I could safely drive back home.

We have had so many issues I don't know where to start. - Bells

We have had so many issues I don't know where to start. The first time we took our vehicle in, the service department didn't follow our directions on not rotating the tires. They rotated the tires and then rotated them back to the original position after realizing we asked not to rotate. We addressed it with a service writer who got completely arrogant and challenged us to meet him in the parking lot. Took a while for a remedy to be taken care of and the promises weren't fulfilled either. We ended up paying for an oil change that we weren't supposed to pay for. We had a leak in the AC 2 times. They would suck out the freon and then tell us they couldn't find a leak. The service manager was horrible as far as his communication and acting like they tried everything. He was insulting and not offering any other solutions to find the link. Also made promises and then wouldn't follow through with them. We took it to a different dealership 25 minutes away and they found the link in less than 2 hours. That Dodge dealership earned our business. We will tell people to stay away from Turpin.
