We were about to head out on a trip and wanted to have our vehicle inspected beforehand. Unfortunately, we didn't give Anderson-Weber much time from when we were leaving, but they were more than accommodating and fit us in. I was greeting while waiting in the lounge by numerous employees and in the face of this pandemic, it seems Anderson-Weber has a great handle on things. Thank you again and we'll certainly be back for service!

Poor communication, attention to detail, - Unsatisfied!

One of many examples! Went for a test drive with service manager, he verified the complaint on the truck, scheduled follow-up appointment to get it fixed on Friday. Called Friday evening to check status on my truck sorry we never got to look at it the appointment was at 9:30 AM! Been dealing with this dealership for six months trying to get my truck fixed!

Automotive service is exceptional with Devon Miller. I have a new 2018 Ford Escape and my son a new 2019 Ford Edge and Devon was understanding when we had to reschedule our service time due to the weather. The automotive service center is brand new and awesome. Never seen one better. Was so impressed that I just bought a 2015 SE Ford Fusion for my other son from there. Worked with Nick Strasser and Lloyd Kimber and both were extremely professional and courteous.

They fired everyone in a heartbeat. I witness 15 employees in 11 months get fired and they fired 4 more after me. They accused me of falsey up selling which wasn't True. I went off the chart that they paid for monthly. The new maneger acted like a loudmouth and said I was wrong but according to Ford training and classes. I was right and he was wrong.
