My car was making a noise near the tires. Called ahead of time and told them I'd be bringing it by later in the week. They were okee dokee with that. Arrived later in the day than I had wanted to but they took me in anyway and looked over the car for the noise. They found a different noise and we proceeded to fix that new noise. They (meaning Andrew) also looked over a previous repair from another dealership and recommended a touchup of what was overlooked at the previous place. Since I arrived late, the car stayed overnight. Service advisor John was nice enough to get me a ride to my location. Came back the next day to a fixed car and got back on the road to my travels. Price was satisfactory and I was satisfied with the experience. The cashier was pleasant and friendly. I will be back and I recommend service at this dealership.

We came about an hour early before a scheduled appointment Brant greeted us right away I was firm with my needs and what I wanted. I said I wasn't buying a red car well...I bought a red car! He made the whole process so easy and kept me in good spirits. Thank you Brant we will be back.

We took my sons car in that he purchased from a smaller - duffysduo

We took my sons car in that he purchased from a smaller dealership to have them fix a service light. They said there wasn't anything wrong with it and shut the light off. As soon as we picked it up the light came back. Took it back to the dealer that we got it from. They said they would take it back to the Kia dealer to have the engine replaced. A week later when we picked it up the light came back on. So we took it back to the dealer and they called Kia to see if they replaced the engine. They said they only fixed the exhaust leak. I WILL NEVER BUY A KIA OR DEAL WITH THIS DEALER AGAIN!!!!

I left Kia because of this dealership. I LOVED my Kia Sorento. LOVED IT! Every time I went to Kia on Center Point Rd for service I was stuck for several hours. I purchased the oil change package but quickly discovered it was not worth it. Three hours for an oil change is too much. Then, when my engine went out and I was stranded on the side of the road, the service manager told me that it would be weeks before they could even look at it to decide if it was a warranty issue. I already had the code and it was confirmed to be a warranty issue. I was told that they do not provide loaner cars for warranty work, but that it could take up to a couple of months for my car to be repaired. Needless to say I went to Finnin Kia in Dubuque and they not only gave me a car to drive, they had a new engine in my car in two days. Since McGrath is buying up EVERY SINGLE DEALERSHIP in the area, I drove to Illinois and bought a Honda. I am so pleased with that purchase at Lisle Honda. I will never go back to McGrath.

Had a great experience with the Service Dept. at Smart Kia. They had to replace the engine in a 2013 KIA Optima thru an extended warranty. Joshua Henry, Service Advisor, had KIA approve the repair and ordered a new engine. He kept us informed when he received the parts and when it was ready for pickup. Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them. They made it easy for us! Thank you!

Not recommended. Took 2 hours longer than it should. Over booked. Parts not stocked. Estimates for future work too high. Only went in for a recall.
