The 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage that I won on Let's Make a Deal was towed here when it broke down on I-80. The service advisor, Chris E., knew it was important for my car to be fixed asap so I could get home to Chicago. The mechanic, Robert, showed me the problem with my car. He and Chris had the part it needed express overnight shipped and Rocky drove me to my brother's house in Gretna, NE. Rocky was so pleasant! He offered to pick me up the next day when the repair was complete, but I declined. When I arrived the next morning, all three of them greeted me warmly. Robert fixed my car as soon as the part arrived and let me know that he had done a thorough test drive locally and on the interstate to make sure everything was fine and I would get home safely. In the midst of what could have been an awful situation, I was blessed that Roadside Assistance chose to tow my car to Edwards in Council Bluffs!

Last week I brought my Hyundai Tucson in for my two front doors locking mechanism to be serviced. The parts had to be ordered and I came in on Tuesday to have them replaced. I had an appointment at 8:30am and informed them that I was going to wait in the lobby for my car to be done. At 1pm I go and check on how my car was coming along. They for got I was waiting in the lobby. I was there for 5 hours with nothing being done to my car. Another hour goes by and they inform me that the parts were damaged. My car didn't get in for service until after 1pm to find out the parts where damaged. Then they where going to give me a loaner car for the night and it will be done the next day. Not a single person asked me what they could do to make up for them not doing a thing to my car for 6 hours. Since they never asked me I told them it be a good idea to detail my car for me. I came back the next afternoon to get my car and return the loaner. When I picked up my car I was asked to still give them a 5 star review. Then if I wasn't going to do that than it would be best not to fill out the review form. I cannot believe the set of xxxxx this guy had on him to ask me that. Another time I had to come to a dealer for my car was roughly a year or so ago. I had to have my transmission replaced. I had to come to a dealer because of the warranty. I was given a loaner car and informed that it would be a month before my car was done. I was fine with that and went on my way. A few weeks go by and they need the loaner back because it got sold. I was perfectly understanding of that because it was for sale. I came back to exchange the car for a different one. Another week goes by and I call to see how my car was doing. Not a single person knew a thing about my car. This happened on multiple occasions. Another week goes by and I need to bring the loaner back because I don't know. I told them that they needed to come and get it because I didn't have time to drive to Hiawatha from Monticello. Before I learned they needed this car back I had filled the car up with gas. When I was given a different car it was delivered on empty. I was fuming by this point and called to complain. They told me they would make it up to me. After almost 3 months of having my car I finally got it back. Not a single person made this right. You guys had my car for 3 months, 3 different loaner cars, people not knowing a thing about even having my car and I gave you guys a free tank of gas. If I never had to go to a dealer then I wouldn't. I came to you guys because your closer then Billion in Iowa City. Now I know better then to waist my time with you guys. And the audacity for your worker to ask me to give you a 5 star review and if I wasn't going to give you a 5 star that I shouldn't fill the form out at all.

DO NOT under any circumstances do business with this dealership. They are absolute crooks, who are only interested in taking your money. My sister’s car was at their dealership for the last FOUR MONTHS. Although they were told that there was a problem with the engine when the car was taken there, it took them over three months to diagnosis the problem and submit the necessary information to have the engine replacement covered by a recall. Because of a bad engine, the starter and battery also went bad. The dealership acknowledged these issues were caused by the bad engine and then assured her that that the starter and battery replacement would be covered under the recall so she wouldn’t have to pay to have them replaced. However, they demanded that she pay $1,000 for the new battery and starter when she was FINALLY able to pick up her car. Imagine being without your car for four months while still paying the monthly payment, being assured everything was taken care of and you wouldn’t owe anything, then being slapped with a $1,000 bill before you can take your car home. Throughout the four months, she was on her own to figure out transportation because they didn’t offer a loaner vehicle until a week ago (i.e. she didn’t have a car for nearly four months), when they were close to being done with the car. Their communication was some of the poorest that I have ever witnessed; when she would finally get a hold of them, they would promise to call back on a specific day with an update, and never once actually called on the day they specified. The person she specifically worked with throughout this nightmare of an experience was Nate. We will be filing numerous complaints against this dealership, including complaints with the CFPB and BBB. I firmly believe that they will take advantage of you in any way possible, so I strongly advise against doing any business with them.
