Recall service visit - Eve
I had an appt for a recall software update. When I walked in the service area, the man sitting closest to show room door (older person with glasses) was the only one available to help, but he was texting and said (without even looking at me) that he would “be with me in a minute.”. I waited for a couple minutes while he continued to text. It was rude and unprofessional. I almost went to the front desk to ask for a manager! Luckily a nice man (with a beard) came in to help me and was very pleasant and efficient. Car was done in time frame promised.
