I was given a loaner car so that I could run my errands while they serviced my car. We live in Galena and were having AC problems in our Durango. We took it to 2 places over 4 times where they stated that we were low on freon but they couldn't find a leak. One of our friends recommended taking it to Tauke Motors for service. They made sure we had a nice loaner vehicle and diagnosed/fixed the AC the next day. They have earned my business for any service in the future. Shout out to Jacey, Shane, and Matt for being kind and keeping us in the loop. Thanks for waiting a few minutes after close for us to pick it up!

Everyone including the parts department, all the way to the managers are always friendly makes sure you are being helped! Will go the extra step to make sure you have whatever you need! When you service your vehicle they tell you how long it will be and they are usually within 5 minutes of quoted time! Also will update you on how it's going. After service is done walks you thru everything they did and walks you to your car! Any questions you have they explain it all and don't rush you ! Great job guys! Keep up the good work! I've brought 4 new cars at this location!
