Purchased 2 new nissans in January of 2022 from Dave Wright. The 2022 sentra had issues with the interior windows frosting over. The frost happens on every window and is so think you have to use a scrapper otherwise you would have to run the car with the defrost running for almost 30 mins to clear the frost. The service center was not aware of any issues for this. They asked to have the vehicle over night so they could see the issue. Received the vehicle back the following day and was told to put fan on recir. That does not fix the issue there is something wrong with the vehicle. If you look online there are several complaints on this issue.
The 2022 murano purchased the same day as the sentra in January of 2022 has had consistent issues with jerking, cutting out, or hesitating when the gas tank hits a 1/4 of a tank or less and while accelerating. Again the service center was not aware of any issues like this even though there are several complaints online about the same issue. Davw Wright's fix was I should just keep my gas above a 1/4 of a tank. Obviously not the fix.
I purchased new tires from Dave Wright and had them installed there. My tires wore in an unusual way with some areas fully bawled. I have always had my tires rotated with my oil changes which falls around every 3-4 months so there should not have been unusual wear.
When servicing my vehicle at Dave Wright it is a scam. I put on a lot of miles so my oil change and tire rotations were running about every 3 - 4 months. Every other visit I was told my cabin filter was filthy and needed changed which I paid for the replacements. Until I had my car in to complete a maintance plan in which my cabin filter was filthy and changed. My oil change was scheduled a couple weeks later and guess what, the cabin filter needed changed again. I told the tech that I just had it changed so the tech looked it up and sure enough it was replaced a couple weeks ago. That is when he admitted that cabin filter replacement is always flagged as a way to get more sales. The tire condition on my service report would be yellow one visit and 3 months later some how the tire grew thread because my tires would show green. I purchased new tires from Dave Wright and had them installed there. My tires wore in an unusual way with some areas fully bawled. Even if you schedule you oil change and tire rotation ahead of time you will still sit there for 45 minutes plus. After that visit I left Dave Wright and I service my car at a another business. Strange this is my cabin filter hasn't been dirty in a long time.
