Bryan originally gave us a quote for one car, but when I expressed interest in a couple of others later on, he went above and beyond. I was fully prepared to negotiate, but when he sent the new quotes, they were already priced with such a great deal—a larger discount and an increased trade-in value—that I didn't even have to ask. My husband, who is the more frugal one, was so impressed that we agreed to the purchase that same day. I had to drive to Omaha immediately after picking it up, and the drive was amazing. Highly recommend Bryan for a fair, low-pressure experience!

dishonest, overpriced - mamamony

5 minutes after driving out from their lot the" check engine" light turns on. After their asessment, had the wrong part replaced (rubber pipe), which I discovered a few months later when the problem recurred. So I paid twice for it, had to fight for a refund which ended up being only a partial one.
