They lied about the rust proof warranty they will only replace full pieces such as doors or fenders instead of just sandblasting off the rusted parts an repainting that. Only person that was honest about the warranty was the body shop manager!

I was initially apprehensive about buying a vehicle from a dealership four hours away, but the team at Jim Baier Ford made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. I worked with Kip in sales and Mike, the manager, who both did a fantastic job structuring the deal to align perfectly with my specific preferences. Because we were able to coordinate and set up all the paperwork ahead of time, including my trade-in, the actual pickup day was seamless. When it came time for the paperwork, Monica, the finance manager, was wonderful. She walked through all the documentation clearly, making sure everything made sense, and got the deal finalized quickly with absolutely zero surprises. Everyone I interacted with at Jim Baier Ford was professional, courteous, and genuinely willing to help. I am incredibly glad I made the trip and highly recommend working with this great staff!

Great dealership, great people! Family business, passed down a couple of generations. Everyone was so polite & personable. No hassling, no haggling. Very fair & courteous. I had the pleasure to meet the patriarch & his wife in person. Don't be surprised if the great grandmother offers you a milkshake while you're signing paperwork!

My experience with pella motors is this. I was interested in a 2011 toyota Avalon. Through a website I sent a availability request. A salesman contacted me and the process started. First the salesman told me he needed my Financials from the bank to include 30 days of transactions. My bank faxed the Info. Got another call from the salesman and he stated he needed 90 days. There was a problem with dealerships fax and he wasn't getting the info. Frustrated I asked the salesman if he wanted to sell the car or not. The sales manager called me and said it was the salesman first month on the job and needed more training. Then it was the weekend. On Monday he finally got the fax from my bank and was approved for financing. I rented a car drove the 2.5 hours to pella only to find out the financing was for 24.5%. I did not have a good experience there. The sales manager was rude! To me he was not a people person and was uninterested in selling me the car. His condescending attitude was not appropriate or appreciated. I got back in my rental and left. Tuesday I got a text from the original salesman to call another sale manager. I told him in a texted I was sucker punched by pella motors. The end.

I took my truck in with oil light on...was told it was a sensor and still OK to drive. They replaced the sensor the next week. The oil light still came back on. Said it was probably the contacts, but couldn't look at it then, still OK to drive.....well, I ended up needing a new engine as that one apparently didn't run too well WITHOUT getting oil. :(

We drove three hours from Lincoln, NE to try and buy a Ram 1500 from Jensen Ram. What a nightmare,After assuring us they could do a deal with the numbers we had to work with we drove up. Just another ...do what ever we can to get them in the door regardless of the distance they had to drive to get here! Ran us in circles, no where for the little kiddos to do anything, and no deal. We literally wasted 3 hours driving up....6 hours there and 3 hours driving back. Do NOT waste your time if you aren't a local resident. I have waited 4 months to post this review due to my anger with them prior to this.

Worst customer service ever - Tellitlikeitis

I've taken my car here several times for service over the last two years for various issues. The last straw was in the October. I noticed my car was leaking orangish fluid , and I could hear a gurgling sound under the hood right after I shut the engine off. It took them no less than THREE times to do the job right. The final time I took it in, I was cashing out and was told it was $300 more than what they had quoted me!!! They "made a mistake" is the excuse I was given. Left the main part totally off the invoice. Unbelievable. Kris at the Service Dept. desk is extremely rude. She obviously doesn't understand customer service at all. She acts as if you are bothering her. When I told her the final time how upset I was, she couldn't have cared less. Worst experience ever. Won't do business with them again. I'll go to Sioux Falls before I'd deal with this place!

On a recent trip to Anamosa for my mother's 85th birthday, our van's air conditioning stopped. Driving all the way up from Georgia to pick her up in Anamosa and planning a whirlwind tour of Wisconsin, Minnesota, South Dakota, Wyoming and Nebraska, we were desperate for a repair and fast. What we thought would be a devastating dent in our time and money turned into an hour detour, or less. We can't say enough good things about the wonderful customer service and genine concern of this dealership for someone who is not a regular customer.
