I leased my 2025 Toyota Camry LE through Bob Hearn at Wyler Indiana at end of August 2024. Bob is outstanding! in his professionalism, assistance and care through the whole experience. This is my 4th Toyota, 3 have been leased through Wyler Indiana, very satisfied with all these vehicles, my wife loves them too! Salesmen like Bob will keep me coming back. Thanks to all members at Wyler Indiana who assisted and reached out to me to address any concerns I had. A big shout out to Gene Post, Sales Coach at Wyler for his assistance and follow-up as well. DO NOT BUY! EVER! SIGNED A BILL OF SALE. 2 DAYS AFTER THE CAR AXLE WAS BAD AND THE CAR WAS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE. THEY BRPUGHT US BACK IN BECAUSE THEY NEEDED US TO SIGN MORE PAPERS. THEY COMPLETELY CHANGED THE TERMS OF THE LOAN! WITH THE CAR IN THE SHOP WITH $1300 IN REPAIRS WE HAD TO SIGN THE PAPERS, OR GO TO ANOTHER BANK...IF WE RETURN THE CAR, THEY WILL NOT REIMBURSE US FOR THE $1300 IN REPAIRS TO MAKE THE VEHICLE SAFE TO DRIVE!! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. STAY AWAY!!!

I didn't have to haggle for a better payment or share unnecessary information before it was the right time. Jerry lead me through the purchase, he remained professional and informative. His dedication to the craft is impeccable-- he was delivering my truck while he had a newborn in the hospital. The craziest part is I SELL CARS and this was my very first purchase. I was treated with respect, was given a tour of the dealership and even got to meet the "man behind the scenes" Brad. In the finance office Alisha did not pressure me with "what if" situations. My 2022 Ford Raptor purchase with Dan Bard at Smith Ford of Lowell was an exceptional experience! Dan is a very straightforward, honest, and up front guy and I have only great things to say about him and this dealership. The buying experience was top notch, Dan was very patient with me coming from out of town, the pricing and selection was far better than everyone else nearby, and the entire process was seamless. Dan even had appreciation for the great condition of a ten year old truck I traded in and the trade in value I was given was significantly higher than three other dealerships I had spoken to recently. I can't emphasize how refreshing it was to deal with a dealership that didn't play games or hide anything. Dan is a great guy and called this morning, a couple months after purchase now, to check in and see how the truck was working out and how we were doing. Title affidavits and processing paperwork arrived in my mailbox just a few days after purchase as well. This small town dealership still has the customer service many of us have known but watched fade away elsewhere. Thanks again Dan and everyone else at Smith Ford who handled this transaction. You're all great and highly recommended!

Out of state buyer from Minnesota. Looked at multiple, easily 10+ GMC Sierras online, from multiple websites. Ended up using / finding my truck on autotrader. Kelley absolutely had best vehicles, from a quality perspective, and the best price, than any other dealer in US. No haggle, no surprises, gave me the most for my trade, than any other dealer. Felt absolutely comfortable with puchasing site unseen. Drove my trade from MN on a Sunday, met with Mark on Monday morning, was on my way back to MN before noon. All would not be possible without assistance from my salesperson Mark Williams and Mike Hamilton in Finance. Can't say enough good things about both, Mark and Mike are both, genuine, honest, straight shooters. I was extremely tired and emotional the day I purchased the car. I felt pushed into a purchase I was unsure of. The vehicle was a certified Pre-owned car. I was pushed quickly through paper work and not given time to read everything and had papers laid over top of papers so I could not see what I was signing, and pulled quickly away from me and told I would get copies at the end. The car I was told by Audrey had not been cleaned but while I was signing papers she would take care of that. Well the car was filthy!!! The floor mats were stained and filthy and very cheap looking and coming apart. The cameras stopped working on the car as soon as I got home. Then the key fab message popped up in the car for low battery, which are all things on the certified pre-owned checklist that should have been replaced and cleaned and thoroughly went over. I don't feel confident that the car went through the full proper INSPECTION EVEN THOUGH THEY CHECKED ALL THOSE THINGS OFF ON MY CHECKLIST THAT IT WAS COMPLETED WHEN CLEARLY IT WAS NOT DONE!! So then how do I know it was properly done at all because I can't trust the information filled out on the checklist because they checked off things that were not done, but check it off as done anyway! So now my car still needs to be fixed, which they did order the part for thanks to TJ, Jake, and Louis, but it also needs a thorough deep detailing inside and outside which I am told should might be done when I drop the car off to get the cameras parts fixed. I even tried to reach out to the GM of Bosak Nissan in Chesterton to talk about the problems I was having and I left a message on his voicemail I was never called back. When I mean filthy I mean foot prints and animal hair everywhere and sticky stuff on my light switch and door handle and many other gross things you would not appreciate putting your hands on while driving! I also had a problem with my car being left at the dealership until I could get someone to drop me off to pick it up due to I work midnights and am in the middle of a family emergency as my great uncle was in the hospital and now in hospice in Illinois and I needed to be with my family and had family coming in from out of town that I needed to be with. This is why I did not want to take the new vehicle home that day plus with Audrey saying that the vehicle had not been cleaned I wanted it to be properly cleaned but she would not take NO for an answer! But then was getting pushy in the voicemail she sent me about picking it up. Which I begged and had to pay someone to drop me off to get my old car as it still had all my sentimental things like things from my husband that had been killed in a motorcycle accident that i keep close to me for comfort in it and I was terrified that she would have it towed away with all my important cherished items!!! I would not recommend anyone ever have to go through such an experience ever and am still really upset and sad with how I was treated.

I bought a 2017 jeep grand Cherokee from here from Jason Gordon. He assured me that they would fix my head rest and my mirror as part of the sale. He has avoided me at all costs and after numerous attempts to call him I still get the same old excuses and that he would call me back and never does. Recently now he stated after the sale he can’t give me a new headrest even though that was the original agreement and that he would have to take one off of a trade in which I had never heard of. He said no trade ins had come in and as we were leaving the lot lo and behold there was one right in the front of the lot! I feel lied to and deceived. I would never recommend anyone to buy from here after the terrible experience I had here. They finally agreed to fix what they promised 10 months later. During that visit They told me they couldn’t fix the check engine light they made up some excuse saying it was jeep software. I took it to Tyler and authorized jeep dealer. They said no it’s a misfire pre-existing condition not a jeep software issue and I’m going to probably have to pay a lot of money to get it fixed. How this got past the initial inspection is very fishy and convienently they jerked me around long enough to make sure my warranty was expired. I am very disappointed and this whole experience has been a disaster. I would never recommend this place I feel like I was lied to cheated and swindled out of my money for a paperweight. Im going to see what options the BBB can offer me. Throughly disgusted
