I hated the idea of buying online. I had several issues with dealers online and in person ranging from dishonesty about price to dishonesty about the vehicle they have online being for sale. I had zero issues with Wiers Chevy. I purchased my truck from Wiers Chevy. Joe Billy was on top of everything. I even added things I needed added on the truck and was amazed how Joe got everything done. He even updated me on progress as my bed liner and hard cover were being installed. Everything he had done was on time and done to schedule!! Thanks Joe Billy and Wiers Chevrolet!! I almost forgot I had my vehicle delivered also and that was pretty nice also!!

2006 Jeep Wrangler X by D. L. Payne from Southern IL. An attempt to purchase a 2006 Jeep Wrangler X on Friday 10/18/2013 resulted in frustration and disappointment. The vehicle deal was accepted by the salesman and he even had me sign an agreement before he took the proposal to the sales manager. I believed a purchase had been cleared. The paperwork was completed and I was prepared to make payment. When I sat down with the sales manager I was informed the deal had been squashed. Mr. Robert Wright would not accept what had been agreed upon by me, Salesman Chris Payne, and Sales Manager Shane T. Miller . While disappointed and frustrated, I chose to contact the sales manager for a 2nd. attempt at purchasing this automobile on Saturday. The sales manager was agreeable to speak with Mr. Wright about my new proposal. While I didn’t get the original agreed upon price, a compromise was reached on an acceptable price. The sales manager and salesman deserve high praise for the assistance with the purchase on both days. I strongly believe that Mr. Wright should have stood behind his staff on the first agreement. They are both outstanding individuals and go about their work in a courteous and professional manner. Wright Motors should be thankful that they have such excellent employees in ( Chris Payne ) Sales, and (Shane Miller) Sales Manager. Due to Mr. Wright’s attitude, we will not purchase any more vehicles from Wright Motors !!!

Painless Process Start to Finish - Jon

Coming from out of state I was concerned about the overall condition of the vehicle. I texted with everyone at the dealership and they sent me an incredible amount of photos; and I mean detailed ones. I’ve never had a dealership be so thorough and honest with their vehicles. I showed up first thing and unfortunately the truck had a small hiccup that was resolved without issue. They were honest, fair, and personable. I walked out of the office with the title in hand in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this dealership over any big stores. Truly a great experience.

I was in the market for a reliable, safe, and in good condition vehicle but on a college student's budget. This place gave me a great experience and worked with me well! I was able to find the perfect vehicle within my budget but without having to settle. The owner is very nice and his employees were as well! This family owned business is a great place to find a used vehicle that is well taken care of. They are not out to scam or rip you off. Highly recommended and have recommended this business to my family members. I am cautious when it comes to large purchases such as this, especially in relation to safety and reliability, so I was happy to find this business that gave me both!

On August 10, 2021 my husband and I were visiting our hometown of Wabash with my sister and niece from Florida. We parked in the downtown area to walk and recall stores we remembered 60 years ago. When we returned to the car, a 2019 Mazda, the car refused to start. My husband walked to Denney Motor Sales. Randy not only diagnosed the problem, provided transportation, came to car for a jump start and located proper battery and installation. All of this which took almost 2 hours was done with above and beyond customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership for sales/service to longtime friends in Wabash and will be telling my story at an upcoming class reunion. I wouldn’t recommend this experience to my worst enemy. The vehicle I purchased from them is horrible. I haven’t t even had it 3 months and it’s broken down on me 3 times! I paid for the extended warranty and it’s a joke. I took the vehicle in when it broke down the second time and the shop found 15 failed inspection items. Silver rock declined covering any of them. Apparently a massive oil leak is cosmetic. Who knew? I did get them to cover SOMETHING by calling their customer relations but of my 5 experiences calling them only one has been nice or helpful. The engine in the vehicle is currently randomly turning off when you stop at stop signs. Also, I highly recommend going to a manufacturer service center if you have an issue rather than to a silver rock recommended one. The recommended one said the vehicle was fine but the 2 I saw after that said the engine is bad. The most recent service center said the engine had likely never received maintenance so he highly doubted they had done any type of inspection. Save yourself the headache and just go ANYWHERE else.

Terry and Scott were friendly, professional and willing to work with us to get us the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted with a more than fair trade in value for our car, and the service department did an excellent job detailing the car before we brought it home. It is so refreshing to deal with people who actually want to do their jobs and want to make their customers happy! If you are within 75 miles of Logansport (Actually, we would drive farther than that now!), take the extra time, use the extra gas, to use this dealership!
