From the moment I first connected with Amanda, I knew I was in good hands. I was trading in my Volkswagen and hoping to leave that same day with a Subaru Outback. She made sure I had all the paperwork ready ahead of time so nothing would slow us down. When we arrived, my daughter had to tag along, and Amanda was so kind and patient with her, making sure she felt welcome and comfortable the whole time. We compared different Subaru Outbacks together, and Amanda took the time to explain every add‑on, feature, and little bell and whistle so I felt confident in my choice. Once I decided on the Outback, she gave me a full tour of the car, walked me through the handbook, and even made sure I downloaded the app before I drove away. The entire experience was smooth, stress‑free, and genuinely enjoyable. I left that day with exactly the car I wanted and a smile on my face, feeling like I’d been helped by someone who truly cares about her customers.

Camryn Meyer was our Service Advisor a couple of days ago on our Outback. She is extremely knowledgeable, communicates issues very well and gives you options on what would be best for you. Absolutely no pressure and no scare tactics! She is also very thoughtful and considerate. Needless to say we will go back to Tom Wood Subaru and ask for Camryn when we need service!

I'm 75 yrs old and dealt with numerous auto dealers over the years. Zeigler Subaru in Fort Wayne is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I'm new to the area and was so pleased I found a reputable dealer. I went to Zeigler without an appointment and they took care of my issue immediately. Words could never express how awesome my experience was with Tom Madlem when buying my new (and now beloved) BMW M340i. He was an absolute pleasure and made the entire process so smooth and enjoyable that I opted to have my car sent to this dealership and drive an extra 6 hours roundtrip just to give him the commission!
