First Time at Ed Martin Luis Garcia, was fantastic to work with—friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable about the issues. He even offered to drive me home due to how long the service was taking. I’d happily work with him again, and he definitely deserves a raise. I didn't have the best service experience initially and felt that my car was driving worse than when I brought it in. After explaining my issues Ed Martin Toyota immediately reached out to me to make things right. They went above and beyond to get my vehicle back in the next day and resolve the issues with no cost to me. Really friendly, good people work there and I will use them again. Thanks for resolving my issues!

I was a bit surprised by the price but, the assurance and Toyota quality was worth it to me. Chad really went above and beyond for me.

I have been a customer for over a decade, have serviced multiple vehicles and purchased many vehicles here over that time. What used to be a customer oriented service with friendly, knowledgeable staff and technicians is now full of young people who have no idea how to communicate beyond the aggressive and completely unnecessary sales they solicit. I have zero trust for their ability to perform even basic services as like all others commenting, everyone is over promised and then under delivered. I have been told so many times that services I have requested and paid for are simply not done. I have reached out many times to the head of the entire service department Kris Gordon and have NEVER heard back, so before you post a canned response to me, don't bother. Your business is only here to suck as much money out of customers as possible without providing them anything.

It was a pleasant experience dealing with our salesman, Derek Moore, and to have the Sales Manager, Nick Bosak, introduce himself to us. There will always be some tense moments as the wheeling and dealing moves forward and especially coming to acceptable trade-in value and price of vehicle in closing. Having just purchased our new 2024 KIA Sportage PHEV in Vista Blue exterior and Black leather-like interior is gorgeous to us. Even a staff member from the Service Department came to us and introduced themselves and helped clarify the new vehicles oil change frequency. If zero is terrible to 10 extremely satisfied. I would give a rating of 10+ to Bosak KIA dealership located in Burns Harbor, Indiana. One thing to know about the KIA warranty it is not a full five-year / 60,000 mile warranty that was expected. It is 3-year / 36,000 miles warranty and modifies upto more limited warranty coverage of 5-year / 60,000 miles. Plus, there is more warranty coverage for roadside assistance, powertrain and PHEV components as well. So far we love the vehicle and does exactly what our salesman explained, but must say there is more to learning a PHEV vehicle. If you plan on buying a PHEV or All Electric make sure you get a 220 volt charger. The charger that comes with the vehicle is dedicated to 110 Volt and to fully charge the battery from 1-mile to 34-miles (battery size is 13.8 Kwh) took 22-hours. If used a 220 Volt charger takes 2 to 3-hours. My wife and I highly recommend this dealership and it's staff.

Andrea Coomer of Scottsburg, IN I took my sun fire in for a repair Craig Toyota in Madison , Indiana Bent my frame cradle (Frame) installing a internal Slave Cylinder they had to do the job 2 times now the part has failed again (11MONTHS) stool under warranty I do not want them to touch the vehicle again jam forced to fix the car elsewhere the owners service dept mgr Jason threatened to not exchange are part if we said anything else about the damage so that is when I told them I had paperwork that explains the warranty, and that I had already talked to there parts supplier now that they declined to fix the under warranty vehicle that was damaged we are now seeking 7416.00 in loss origianaly I only wanted them to pay a GM dealer to repair it which they refused it gave me and my fiancé time to think and with the frame being bent buy there criminal malicious repair technic my family almost got killed in the car and Craig toyotas employee knew he sent my family out in a vehicle that was totaled it shook and all sorts of stuff before finally getting stuck in gear on the interstate in traffic if you would like any further information email me at alteredego7905@yahoo I also have these findings confirmed in writing from two separate insurance adjuster companies one of which are frame and unibody experts of 30 years and only do insurance company work thanks for your time be cautious Sincerely Andrea Coomer of Scottsburg In. I took my car in for my windshield wiper. I asked if it was under warranty. He said no you did something to it you tried to change it or took it to a car wash and turned his back on me and walked away. I told him I just turned on my wiper and it was like that. He said you did something. I did not and don’t like being called a liar in a sense.I will never go to that dealer again I am taking my car else where to get fixed.

My wife had a fender bender last Dec. that damaged her car. Took it originally to a dealership in Louisville for repair. Was told had to order parts, a month later parts not in. That repeated for 4 months. Went to Jeff Wyler in Clarksville, In. Was told I’ll order parts and call you. A week later was told to bring it in and I could have it back in a couple weeks, they would call me. Four days later another call saying my car would be ready Monday. That’s service. Just picked it up ( a week earlier than promised) paint blended beautifully and repair not noticeable. Absolutely would recommend them to anyone…
