I want to start off by saying I have no affiliation with this business in anyway shape or form except for being a customer. My car had a small tapping noice coming from the engine so I decided to take it in to the dealership service department. Long story short I needed to have my engine replaced. I had the extended warranty on the car but wasn't exactly sure what it covered. The service department (Simon Austin and 1 other gentlemen) took over and said we'll work it out with in warranty company and that they would get back with me. A few days later Simon called me and said it's all taken care of and that the warranty is picking up all the cost except my 100.00 deductible. Simon took it a step further and worked out a great deal on a rental car while they replaced my engine. My experience with this service team has been nothing but over the top service. These days it's hard to find people in the service industry to do their job let alone go up and above what is required of them. Great job......

call them on Thursday said I needed a fog light replaced; they told me to bring it in Saturday morning whenever we got there and they would take care of it I was very pleased with your service did not wait long , they explained everything to us and they asked if they could take our van for a wash I said yes so they took our van over and got it washed.
