I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone! I had an appointment to have my jeep looked at, when I went inside service dept., I was ushered to the back to a man sitting in cubicle by back door. When I mentioned why I was there he rudely said let's take a look. Outside he started in on my tires and told me he knew all about warranties and mine wouldn't cover the problem. I asked several times for him to look at my warranty paperwork to see what was covered. He refused but continued to say that when dealers tell you that you have bumper to bumper, wrap around, everything covered you don't, they tell you that to make you think you are getting a great warranty!!!! He told me I was stupid not to read my many of warranty papers. Before he walked off he told me to argue it with Michiana where I bought my jeep. I called n left several messages including one voice message to owner and have yet to receive a return call!!! That guy treated me like xxxx on bottom of his shoe and owner doesn't care that his people treat customers like xxxx!!!!! I went to Grieger in Valpo, got treated like a queen n got jeep fixed and my warranty covered it.......imagine that!!!! Please tell family n friends to go to Grieger in Valpo!!!!!! He'll with this dealership!!!!
