Last week I got a postcard from Bart's Car Store in Fort Wayne telling me that I won the great prize. Today first thing in the morning I went there hoping to get not great but some prize. They asked me a lot of questions and then their computer tell us we won “ONE GOLD DOLLAR”. Sales person went to his manager for prize and returned back telling me, they do not have even ONE Dollar. Do not waste your time and gas. Never go to Bart’s Car store because it is FAKE, they trying to attract prospective car buyers, and then dishonestly cheating them.

Dean Wirth is the best service manager in the area. I have bought a lot of cars and done a lot of service at dealerships and independent shops and he is the best. Seth is one of the service writers and he did a wonderful job for me on a recent service visit and taking care of some other concerns I had with the car. I have had some major work done on my 2013 335IS. The mechanics work is impeccable and flawless. The mechanics at Basney are highly trained and knowledgeable.

we purchased a car there roughly 3 years ago. The other day we went to use our extended warranty tire and road hazard service plan. Our car is an all wheel drive so at a minimum two tires have to be replaced so that the transfer case does not mess up. Obviously the warranty company was only going to replace one. So I called the dealership just on the off chance, fully expecting them to say no there’s nothing we can do. Was I surprised when they said they were looking into it and then not only did they look into it and get right back with me. They paid for a second tire Directly to the tire repair facility before the warranty company even paid the tire repair facility. I was absolutely blown away and that is a level of service that I never expected to receive but extremely happy that I did and now I will make sure that I tell everybody about that and also Will continue to use them to purchase our next vehicles.
