Scheduled appointment for an oil change upon arrival for appointment I was informed 3hr wait for my oil change. Upon questioning the lady out counter her deminer was your bothering me. When I commented I have an appointment now not 4 her reply I can't control scheduling. Yet she made my appointment 3 days ago. xxxx poor response from customer service position.

All I say is that YOU are on your own when it comes to warranty work. Thankfully the Ford Factory rep was of great help and came through for me in the end NOT Lafayette Lincoln. It was a very disappointing experience. Bottom line company people there now. Sadly you’re not dealing with Mike Raisor anymore. FYI: The GM does not return phone calls.

I purchased our 2016 Lincoln MKX from Greg Hubler Ford in Muncie. I have had all of our service doe there as well as oil changes and tire replacement. I cannot say enough good things about Christopher Wilkinson and Jordan Hines. They respect me when I explain the cars issues and get down to business getting the issues fixed. I purchased the Lincoln from Chet Smith, and he was great to work with. When it comes time to buy a new car, he'll be the one I talk to. I am happy with all the staff at Greg Hubler and will continue to use and refer them to anyone I know.

Went in for a car wash. Car looks amazing and Bill Stanage was a big help. Ended up getting a few scratches buffed out and it looks so much better. Definitely recommend going to the South Bend Gurley Leep on Ireland road!

Poor Customer Service - Joe Peru

I dont know about their sales, but I would stay away from their service department. Took my minivan in for new brakes, tires, and shocks. All most all of the parts were incorrectly replaced. The wrong tires were changed and the shocks were never installed. I took it back to the dealership and it ended up taking over a month to get it straightened out and I still ended up replacing tires that did not need to be replaced out of pocket.

The service department broke off the tire posts on our tires and said all of our tire posts were "bad" I asked them if they used the specific bit needed for the locking lug nuts, she said she's "sure they did" They did all repairs without communicating price and charged us over $800 in repairs. We told them to please not mess with the other tires because we cannot afford $800 per tire. They said we will have issues in the future with taking tires off for tire rotation/new tires. fast forward to our next oil change, we took it to a local repair place. We picked up our vehicle and saw on the paper they rotated the tires. we were very confused because we were told our posts would break off when trying to change tires? After finding out they rotated the tires, we soon realized we were scammed. The technician at hubler broke our rods and they tried to get more money out of us by staying they all neded fixed. I called the service manager to let him know and he didn't care. He said "ok.. I will look into this." with no inflection in his voice and was silent the whole time I told him. I will NEVER go back to hubler and I warn every consumer to stay away. they want your money and their technicians and employees aren't told to communicate.

I have had my Ford Escape serviced here several times and their service is excellent..All of the employees are very friendly and helpful with any problems.. Their prices are reasonable and was less than what was quoted. The service was on schedule and did not take long.I truly felt welcome by Ron, the service manager and his staff. I will be taking my vehicle back to Bill Yoder Ford whenever it needs serviced. Thank you for being a place I can trust!

I was passing through town with my baby and my check engine light came on, so I stopped in hoping they could help me get back on the road as I was 4 hours from home. Every person I came into contact with was extremely professional and hospitable. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and even brought my daughter snacks and offered to let us borrow a car to go get some breakfast. They had us back on the road in about an hour. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. Even though I live in Chicago, I will still be checking the inventory at this dealership before I purchase anywhere else.
