I was passing through town with my baby and my check engine light came on, so I stopped in hoping they could help me get back on the road as I was 4 hours from home. Every person I came into contact with was extremely professional and hospitable. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and even brought my daughter snacks and offered to let us borrow a car to go get some breakfast. They had us back on the road in about an hour. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. Even though I live in Chicago, I will still be checking the inventory at this dealership before I purchase anywhere else.

While travelling from South Bend, IN to Indianapolis, IN for business, the left turn signal on my F150 began blinking erratically. Just north of Plymouth, IN I noticed a Ford dealership sign, so I stopped at the dealership and met with Mike Friar, a service advisor. He said he thought the issue was a burned out tail light bulb and had me pull into the service area. Mike and a mechanic removed the tail light assembly, which took about 15 minutes, and replaced the bulb which remedied the issue. When I asked how much I owed, Mike said he was happy to help me and there was no charge. As I drove away from the dealership, I thought about all of the doom and gloom we're subjected to through media and social outlets, and I realized we are surrounded by wonderful people like Mike and the mechanic. Oliver Ford is truly blessed to have employees like Mike and his mechanic.

I am originally from NWI and currently live about an hour away. I purchased my dream car this year from Paul Heuring Ford. Everyone that I have had an interaction with there as far as employees have been friendly and helpful. When I need an oil change, there are some Ford dealerships closer to me, but I drive a little extra to take it here. I trust that my car is in good hands. This dealership is truly a pleasure to do business with and I highly recommend Paul Heuring Ford.

Communication was a little lackluster. I had to call and try to get updates instead of them reaching out to me. I have been to other dealers where you are updated via text frequently. That is my only complaint. The work is satisfactory.

On Friday, April 5th, our 2018 Explorer’s battery light - philnoyes1

On Friday, April 5th, our 2018 Explorer’s battery light came on around 10 a.m., while we were on I294, the southside of Chicago. Once we crossed into Indiana, I had my other half look for the closest Ford Dealer. It happened to be Webb Ford @ 9809 Indianapolis Blvd in Highland, IN. We were within a block of the dealership when the Explorer died. Luckily, we were in a turn lane, with 2 lanes, and did not impede traffic too badly. My girlfriend and another friend walked over to the dealership and was able to get them to dispatch a tow truck quickly. I believe we had the vehicle to the Dealership by 11:00 am. They quickly got it to a service bay and the Tech started the assessment. It was determined to be the alternator belt. They let it run for a while to make there was no other damage. We were done at the Dealership by 1:10 pm. Webb went above and beyond for us, not only for our Explorer, but also to help my girlfriend, who had fell on a sidewalk before the dealership. She ended up breaking a bone in her hand, which would require surgery. The Webb staff helped her get the injury under control; get a courtesy vehicle for her and directions to the closest Emergency Room. They even had one of their staff ride with us to pick up the courtesy car. As I told Steve, our Service Advisor, we were impressed with Webb. With our Ford F350 a few years ago, in July, the Check Engine Light came on outside of Rapid City, SD. We called the closest Ford Dealer, explained all we wanted was to have a Code Scan done, but was told they were too busy and service was booked out until Mid-August. So, needless to say, we weren’t sure what to expect with Webb, especially since it was getting close to noon on a Friday. We left with high regards for everyone who helped her and also our Explorer. They have had my suv going on two weeks. They transmittion went out on it even though it is a 2007. Yes it is under warranty but I do not have coverage for a rental car. I have asked numerous times for a loaner car. I am always told "I am sorry we do not have any avaible at this time. Mean while I am paying for a rental car. I am up to $150.00 so far. I have now been told it will be maybe Wednesday of this week ( 9-29-10). That is another $90.00+. The least you can do is pay for my rental. Thank you, Joyce Wilbur

He explained what needed to be done. He offered to have someone pick up my car and return when service was complete. I have rarely come in contact with someone who is as helpful and provides service as well as he did.

we purchased a car there roughly 3 years ago. The other day we went to use our extended warranty tire and road hazard service plan. Our car is an all wheel drive so at a minimum two tires have to be replaced so that the transfer case does not mess up. Obviously the warranty company was only going to replace one. So I called the dealership just on the off chance, fully expecting them to say no there’s nothing we can do. Was I surprised when they said they were looking into it and then not only did they look into it and get right back with me. They paid for a second tire Directly to the tire repair facility before the warranty company even paid the tire repair facility. I was absolutely blown away and that is a level of service that I never expected to receive but extremely happy that I did and now I will make sure that I tell everybody about that and also Will continue to use them to purchase our next vehicles.

It was a pleasant experience dealing with our salesman, Derek Moore, and to have the Sales Manager, Nick Bosak, introduce himself to us. There will always be some tense moments as the wheeling and dealing moves forward and especially coming to acceptable trade-in value and price of vehicle in closing. Having just purchased our new 2024 KIA Sportage PHEV in Vista Blue exterior and Black leather-like interior is gorgeous to us. Even a staff member from the Service Department came to us and introduced themselves and helped clarify the new vehicles oil change frequency. If zero is terrible to 10 extremely satisfied. I would give a rating of 10+ to Bosak KIA dealership located in Burns Harbor, Indiana. One thing to know about the KIA warranty it is not a full five-year / 60,000 mile warranty that was expected. It is 3-year / 36,000 miles warranty and modifies upto more limited warranty coverage of 5-year / 60,000 miles. Plus, there is more warranty coverage for roadside assistance, powertrain and PHEV components as well. So far we love the vehicle and does exactly what our salesman explained, but must say there is more to learning a PHEV vehicle. If you plan on buying a PHEV or All Electric make sure you get a 220 volt charger. The charger that comes with the vehicle is dedicated to 110 Volt and to fully charge the battery from 1-mile to 34-miles (battery size is 13.8 Kwh) took 22-hours. If used a 220 Volt charger takes 2 to 3-hours. My wife and I highly recommend this dealership and it's staff.
