I purchased our 2016 Lincoln MKX from Greg Hubler Ford in Muncie. I have had all of our service doe there as well as oil changes and tire replacement. I cannot say enough good things about Christopher Wilkinson and Jordan Hines. They respect me when I explain the cars issues and get down to business getting the issues fixed. I purchased the Lincoln from Chet Smith, and he was great to work with. When it comes time to buy a new car, he'll be the one I talk to. I am happy with all the staff at Greg Hubler and will continue to use and refer them to anyone I know.

Purchased a 2017 Gmc Acadia on Friday, April, 25, 2025. Within the 1st 24 hours, tire low air sensor is reading tire pressure is low and the Onstar is speaking French. Took it to Discount Tire for low air message and was told that the tire pressure is good but the sensor needs to be replaced. Called OnStar about the issue of not being able to change the language to English. They say the dealer has to fix it. If this is just the beginning then I've made a big mistake with this purchase. The 2 year warranty doesn't cover these issues. I'm so dissapointed.

Went in for a car wash. Car looks amazing and Bill Stanage was a big help. Ended up getting a few scratches buffed out and it looks so much better. Definitely recommend going to the South Bend Gurley Leep on Ireland road!

I just picked up my 2015 Outback from having ball joint replacement, CVT transmission service, and front and rear differential flush. My vehicle runs like new and has over 171K on it. The technician Marc Buchtel did a wonderful job. Curt Seufert the Service Advisor has great customer service skills. I was quoted $3426, however when I paid on-line (you cannot see the amount prior to paying - not so good) the bill was over $4500. I called and spoke with Curt and he immediately credited my account. The bill came to $3416 which was a little less than the estimate. I am very pleased with all of the employees that I have dealt with at Gurley Leep Subaru.

Poor Customer Service - Joe Peru

I dont know about their sales, but I would stay away from their service department. Took my minivan in for new brakes, tires, and shocks. All most all of the parts were incorrectly replaced. The wrong tires were changed and the shocks were never installed. I took it back to the dealership and it ended up taking over a month to get it straightened out and I still ended up replacing tires that did not need to be replaced out of pocket.

They were able to get me scheduled to replace my defective airbag quickly when the part came in. I was grateful for their shuttle service to drop off my vehicle and then picked back up when my car was finished.
