I'm 75 yrs old and dealt with numerous auto dealers over the years. Zeigler Subaru in Fort Wayne is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I'm new to the area and was so pleased I found a reputable dealer. I went to Zeigler without an appointment and they took care of my issue immediately. On April 17,2025 had a 8 a.m. appointment for oil change and tire rotation at Andy Mohr Nissan on 4302 Lafayette Rd. Indianapolis, IN. Dave Haston was the service advisor. He had great manners and even better work got me in and out in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this location. They give five stars service

Communication was a little lackluster. I had to call and try to get updates instead of them reaching out to me. I have been to other dealers where you are updated via text frequently. That is my only complaint. The work is satisfactory.
