Always have issues with scheduling service on line and - Dissatisfied customer

Always have issues with scheduling service on line and when you go in for your service after receiving confirmation, they tell you they don’t have you on their books! Lied to us about locks on wheels. We edited over two hours and while we were there there was two other men waiting on their car for over two hours that were very very mad about their service. We will NEVER buy there or bring our car there for service! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THEY CAN’T SEEM YO KEEP THEIR EMPLOYEES

Great people! Friendly staff! Not at all pushy! I have already had a good experience here with Jacob Saylor who I bought my 2018 Grand Cherokee from over a year ago. I was told he is still with the company. I honestly have no complaints everybody is very friendly and helpful. I will be using you people again when it's time to help my wife get a new Jeep or vehicle!
