Beware beware I had cr all work done they do one of those complete car inspections told me I needed over 5k of work done they obviously didn’t know I had all the service records from the previous owner everything they said needed to be done they already had done so if really did their work only lasts a couple thousand miles so they were trying to rip me off must be on commission!! PS I had it inspected somewhere else absolutely nothing wrong with my car shame on them

Went in for a car wash. Car looks amazing and Bill Stanage was a big help. Ended up getting a few scratches buffed out and it looks so much better. Definitely recommend going to the South Bend Gurley Leep on Ireland road!

I just picked up my 2015 Outback from having ball joint replacement, CVT transmission service, and front and rear differential flush. My vehicle runs like new and has over 171K on it. The technician Marc Buchtel did a wonderful job. Curt Seufert the Service Advisor has great customer service skills. I was quoted $3426, however when I paid on-line (you cannot see the amount prior to paying - not so good) the bill was over $4500. I called and spoke with Curt and he immediately credited my account. The bill came to $3416 which was a little less than the estimate. I am very pleased with all of the employees that I have dealt with at Gurley Leep Subaru.

Poor Customer Service - Joe Peru

I dont know about their sales, but I would stay away from their service department. Took my minivan in for new brakes, tires, and shocks. All most all of the parts were incorrectly replaced. The wrong tires were changed and the shocks were never installed. I took it back to the dealership and it ended up taking over a month to get it straightened out and I still ended up replacing tires that did not need to be replaced out of pocket.

They were able to get me scheduled to replace my defective airbag quickly when the part came in. I was grateful for their shuttle service to drop off my vehicle and then picked back up when my car was finished.

I took my car in for my windshield wiper. I asked if it was under warranty. He said no you did something to it you tried to change it or took it to a car wash and turned his back on me and walked away. I told him I just turned on my wiper and it was like that. He said you did something. I did not and don’t like being called a liar in a sense.I will never go to that dealer again I am taking my car else where to get fixed.
