The car buying experience was great! The car - a lemon. I bought a used car, everything worked great until 3 days later and the transmission started acting up. They did get it serviced, but something is still not right. ABS light came on 8 days later. I talked to the sales person, the sales manager, and anyone else who would listen to try to take the car back and cancel the financing. Nope. "Once it's off the lot, we're no longer responsible." A dealer should stand behind their cars, even used, for at least a week. Buyer Beware!

Jay Mason and Brandee, his girlfriend, are the best in used car sales. I was actually in the market for a 2019 Lincoln Navigator L Reserve. Still, after being mistreated by Koons Ford in Woodbridge, being from the Washington D.C. area, I decided to travel away from here and look elsewhere. Here is where Jay Mason comes in. He had the prettiest Cadillac Escalade EVS that I looked at on the internet. After a few days of going back and forth, him being very patient with me because I'm still thinking about the Lincoln, I wasn't 100% on the 2019 Escalade. This guy sold me a vehicle over the phone, and then when I flew into Indiana Airport, he had his girlfriend Brandee, aka his wife. The latter is one of the sweetest, friendliest ladies I have ever met; she picked my brother and me up from the airport and took us to the dealership. At the dealership, I met a young lady named Marisa, who is in the finance department. Beautiful young lady not just in looks but in spirits as well help me finish the deal. Jay Mason, thanks for making a stranger feel like a friend!!!

Got just the car I wanted and maybe a little nicer than I thought I could afford. The sales people were friendly and helpful, gave me just what I thought my trade in was worth Hope to be working with Gregg Young Buick in Indianola in the future. The free car washes will really come in handy. as I like a clean car. Would have got a five star for sure from me, but My Key fob had a bad battery and I only received one Fob with purchase.( Found one on eBay for only $ 29.00,) The Finance people went out of their way to help me with all the paper work and I give them a 5 Star review. Got a really sharp car.

Salesman was fair and good experience , had a issue with a blown front tire on a 65000 thousand new truck , bought the extra tire and wheel hazard insurance , running on the temp spare couldn’t get in to see service for 3 weeks to just take a picture and order a new tire , terrible service and no good to me will not be using this dealership for anything

Hello, all! If you're reading these reviews, I bet you're probably in the market for a new vehicle. Well, I'm not here to tell you if Gates is the place for your new purchase, but I am quite prepared to say you should never try to get a vehicle serviced at this dealership! I came to Gate and attempted to have my low-mileage, under-warranty vehicle diagnosed for a knocking sound. After a 2.5 hour wait (was told 1 hour, and watched another customer enter, get service, a loaner, and leave before me) a serviceman approached me and outright refused to diagnose the issue, stating their refusal was due to 'snow on the ground', and that I should come back when it's nicer outside. Seriously! As soon as I left their service center and hit the road at 20mph, the knocking was CLEARLY audible! After calling the service center to set a date and time *they* find appropriate, and not being given one, I requested to speak to the floor manager. The gentleman I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful, but said he could not arrange a diagnostic until the following week, which I found unacceptable. I'm sure their salesman are quite genial and the deals superb, but I would suggest staying away from their service center: they seem selective about who they want to serve and who they do not.

I never like to leave a bad review for a company, this is the exception. I bought a family vehicle at the fuson dealership here in Terre Haute last week. I have had to take it in twice for repairs during the first week and now I’ve had to get it towed back to the dealership. They will not get it running for me without giving another $700. The owner was completely rude and didn’t care that I bought the vehicle from him just a week ago. I feel so discouraged and taken advantage of. Please don’t ever buy from this dealership. Their service department is horrible and they will screw you over anyway that they possibly can.

I recently less than 2 months ago purchased a 2015 gmc Acadia. Supposedly they do inspections on all their vehicles. Not the case here. In less than 2 months I have had to repair and replace several items. The brake pedal sensor, had to have it calibrated, replace the power steering pump and the radiator hose had to be replaced because it was collapsed. Will never purchase another vehicle from them. It was never inspected prior to them selling it or they would have caught and repaired these problems!
