While travelling from South Bend, IN to Indianapolis, IN for business, the left turn signal on my F150 began blinking erratically. Just north of Plymouth, IN I noticed a Ford dealership sign, so I stopped at the dealership and met with Mike Friar, a service advisor. He said he thought the issue was a burned out tail light bulb and had me pull into the service area. Mike and a mechanic removed the tail light assembly, which took about 15 minutes, and replaced the bulb which remedied the issue. When I asked how much I owed, Mike said he was happy to help me and there was no charge. As I drove away from the dealership, I thought about all of the doom and gloom we're subjected to through media and social outlets, and I realized we are surrounded by wonderful people like Mike and the mechanic. Oliver Ford is truly blessed to have employees like Mike and his mechanic.

Brandon Reed was our finance manager and he show us several different was to save money for future repairs and made a few phone calls right in front of us giving the banks a hard time about getting us the best rate possible which he did! Also he was very knowledgeable in answering all our questions which we had so many lol being our first F-150. Evan after a couple of days he called us to see if we had any follow up questions which I have to say I had never had that happen before so needless to say I was very impressed. I highly recommend this place to anyone that looking for not just a good vehicle but great service!

It was an unusual experience for buying from a dealership. I didn’t feel like I was being “sold”. My salesman Chris was more like a car enthusiast that happened to work there. If that is a sales tactic they used, it worked on me. I left with my “new to me” car, and felt good about the deal.

My first experience with them was wonderful, so when I was ready to purchase another vehicle, I immediately decided that it had to be from Don Hinds. I am glad that I did, because my second car buying experience was great. The salesperson, Scott Burton, was great to work with. Scott worked with us in finding the right vehicle without any high pressure selling. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we are very happy with the vehicle that we purchased.
