My wife and I have been looking for a 2015 Mini Cooper Roadster S Convertible for weeks and one popped up at Dreyer & Reinbold Mini. When I called the dealership a very pleasant young lady introduced herself, Presley Stewart. I’m retired after being fixed operations manager at a larger Chevrolet dealer for 35 years, and a little apprehensive. I had volumes of questions and numerous texts which were promptly answered by Presley. Being from out of state 800 miles from dealership, Presley won my trust and I wasn’t disappointed after flying from Albany NY to Indianapolis to take delivery. Not being familiar with a Mini, Presley spent all the time needed to pair my phone and go over controls, she is a true professional and an asset to your organization. Doug & Linda Smith

Great experience buying from them. Ashtyn(sales) was a huge help. Never acted rushed even though it was close to closing time. And always responds quickly with questions even after the sale. Service dept treats you very well. Tabatha is kind and very good at her job. We loved our whole experience with Dpatrick.

I trust and respect this dealership. From the very first time I called to make an inquiry about my first BMW, they have been attentive, accommodating, respectful, and friendly. Whenever I visit, I feel as if I’m among friends. I like them so much that, in addition to my all-electric iX SUV, I also purchased an all-electric i4 when I was looking for a new sedan. When my leases are up, I plan to replace them with BMWs from this dealership as well.
