Run don’t walk away from this place!!!! I can’t stress this enough! I’m screaming from every mountain top! This is a dire warning to all of you thinking even remotely about buying from this crooks! That is being nice! These people are the definition of evil! I haven’t even racked up 100 miles since I brought this xxx home. It’s been in the shop longer than it has been in my driveway! I bought this October 11, 2021. It is now March 3,2022. The cab is lifted because the real culprit was blown head gaskets! $10000 more into since I bought it! And it still needs additional repairs! These demons have a special place waiting for them…. It is not I to decide. They still have time to change their ways…

GMotorCars was not honest or fair to me. I would never buy another vehicle from them or recommend them to anyone. I purchased a Chevrolet vehicle from them just one month ago and from the first day I drove it has been unreliable. The shifter gets stuck in Park roughly 30% of the time and requires numerous attempts of turning the engine off and back on in order to get it out of Park and into another gear. According to my local Chevrolet service center, this is due to the solenoid being bad and needing to be replaced (a $1200 repair). I was told by Alex and Paul at GMotorCars when I purchased the vehicle that it was in great shape and that I would have a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty to protect me against any issues such as this. However, now they are telling me I'm not covered by their warranty because the problem is only "intermittent". I guess by "intermittent" they mean if I am able to get the car moving at all at any time then it's fine and I shouldn't need to worry about whether or not it is reliable. This is ridiculous and shows that their warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on. Basically, if you buy a car from these guys you'd better hope that nothing goes wrong with the engine or transmission after you drive it off the lot because they are not going to stand behind what they sell. In addition, I believe they were not honest and upfront with me from the start. This shifter-sticking issue happens so often that I'm convinced they had to have known about it before they sold the car to me. They should have fixed it beforehand or at least told me about it. This is not a well run business and if you take the time to read all of their reviews on Google and other websites you will find many other complaints about them. I guess I should have done more research before buying anything from them :(

Grand motors sold me a Explorer. I asked if the car had any thing wrong I needed to know about they said no. Several things have been wrong with this Explorer. Some of the things they fixed others not. They replaced the window but refused to replace the trim. They did not tell me this I learned about it when the trim flew off my car and hit the vehicle behind me. The trim was broken off when they replaced the window. They glued the trim back on. I called for a week before they said they were not going to replace the trim.

Worst dealer ever I purchased a car from here, the car came with 3 keys which they said when I make my first payment I would get the other keys. Now they telling me I can't get the keys until I take my first review down from the other lies and false promises. Just completely dishonest and full false expectations don't purchase from here I wouldn't recommend it.

I was driving from Colorado to Michigan yesterday via I-80 when my 2020 GMC 2500 AT4 lost power and several warning lights came on. I found Greenway and limped the truck there. Kathy and Jeff took excellent care of me (and my truck). They were able to get my truck diagnosed immediately (faulty injector and elect connector), repaired under warranty, and I was out the door and back on the road within 3 hours. Amazing customer service and repair! I just wish I lived closer to take my truck there for regular servicing!

Go to see Adam, or Isis. They will make sure they shove you in an unreliable car, Jam you with a ridiculous interest rate, slip in an Extended warranty that you will be stuck paying for but can’t use. OH THEN, if your car has an issue, they fix small things only. They will not help you after you have signed, and drove away. This is by far the worst example of hard working people being taken advantage of, if they have problem credit. I SUGGEST YOU STEER CLEAR OF HARLEM MOTORS, VEHICLES COME STRAIGHT FROM THE AUCTION, GET WASHED, THEN PUT IN THE LOT FOR SALE, WITHOUT MECHANICAL OR SAFETY INSPECTIONS. The day after our purchase we had 2 problems with our vehicle which could have been dangerous to the vehicle's operation. We were given a loaner car and the repairs were made promptly and at no charge. We are now enjoying our purchase and would definitely purchase from Illinois Valley Auto Group again!

SCAM/ HORRIBLE SERVICE! - mattd

I purchased vehicle in Sept and was set up on biweekly payments of 185 which I have paid every single one. I switched bank accounts and did not have my card yet they called me Saturday the 2nd(ONE DAY LATE). I explained my situation and she said that's too bad you have until 4pm to make payment today or we will reposes the car. I asked to talk to a manager and some very rude guy got on the phone said he was the finance manager, said that's too bad you need to make payment by 4pm today or the car will be repod. I went out of my way to barrow a friends credit card to make payment when I called back around 2pm. Some rude lade said they are not accepting my payment and I needed to come in and sit down with the manager and verify my documents pay stubs and residence so i confirmed with her 5x that i am trying to make payment RIGHT NOW and i don't want anything to happen she said nothing will happen you just need to come in next week and sit down with manager. I asked why she said just to verify all info is still correct. Scheduled appointment for 5pm Saturday the 8th! I went to go leave work at 7pm and the car was repod out of the parking lot so i sat outside in freezing cold for hour waiting for my ride. They lied to me directly and said i needed to come in and everything was fine even when i went to make payment over the phone like they requested. Bad business and lying to customers I am trying to get belongings back and the repo company wants $75 for my own personal belongings

sold me a car that had a blown head gasket and was rigged to run. car ran hot the same day I purchased the car. went to take car back would not give back down payment or exchange vehicle. told me that i blew the head gasket the car basically was falling apart and severely over priced.
