Victor was quick to respond and answered all my questions. When we went to the dealership we we was greeted and treated very well. They were very professional and polite and gave us time to examine the vehicle and didn't try to distract us. We wanted to test drive the truck and not only did he put some gas in it but ran it through the car wash. The vehicles are well taken care of higher quality than most dealerships we have been to. They do very thorough inspections and repair to make sure you get a quality dependable vehicle. They work hard to get your financing for you. Everyone we met there was amazing. Well worth the 3 and a half hour drive to purchase a vehicle. If you are looking for a quality used car check them out you won't be disappointed.

I bought a truck from them. Sorry I did! I seen it on line and ask if had any damage or rust. Jeff told me "No". I paid for it and had it shipped to me. When I got it it had a broken mirror, scratched side glass and a dent in the door. The guy that brought it pointed out to me. He was smart enough to take pictures before he loaded it at the dealership. It was not damaged in shipping. They tried to blame the transport driver. They wont return my call to take care of this either. Has almost $1500 damage to it. I am filing a complaint with BBB, so I'd never buy from Auto Mall of Springfield again!

The 2009 F150 we purchased with only 81995 miles has broken down twice. We have only put 494 miles on it. The truck was purchased for another crew to run in our concrete company. Needless to say it is just a lemon. We would be happy to return the truck for a refund of our $9500. Were still at a loss since after taxes and fees it is $10674 plus company logos, tinted windows, etc. Losing money every day having the truck out of commission isnt reasonable. The owner did offer only $8000 to buy it back because hes had to put money into it but for some reason the customer is penalized when theyll turn right around and unload it onto someone else. 8 days having the truck not in use at $1500 per day loss of profit plus the $1500 they want to take off for buying it back equals $13500 loss on our end. Hopefully theyll do whats right or itll be a huge lawsuit after its all said and done.

I waited five day for my ultimate test drive. Finally the day came and as I'm driving there they tell me five minutes before the appointment the car is unavailable due to damages. I was in a hurry to get a car and I wasted my time driving there. They should've told me ahead of time. I would not recommend this dealer.

Dangerous vehicle - shan70

My 20 year old son purchased a vehicle from this dealership. While the salesman was nice, polite and was able to help my son get financing for his first vehicle, I was very disturbed to discover one of the problems with the truck. I realize when you buy a used vehicle, one that is 13 years old and has about 100k miles, some repairs are to be expected. What I don't expect is to find out that one of the problems could have been catastrophic for my son. The rear differential was almost completely empty of fluid (about 1/4 quart and water). Thank God my ex-husband is a master tech mechanic and was able to go over it before he left for a 4 hour drive back to college. Had the rear end locked up when he was driving 70+ mph on the highway, he could have been killed. I feel this was a major failure on the part of the dealership and the mechanics they have looking over the vehicle. When I called to tell them, I was told their mechanic had been driving it with no issues and then was asked if this happened after we bought it. I guess they don't realize that it could have locked up at any point in time. I am thankful I had a competent resource to look over this vehicle. I can't stand to think about what could have happened had my ex-husband not checked that.

If you can just dont do business with them. Your wasting your time and preparing for a headache. Only thing I can say is that their lazy, and the quality of their work shows it...
