Saw a car I was interested in that was priced very well so i gave them a call. We live about 3 hours away and they were extremely considerate of that. They gave me a detailed description of the vehicle and sent me additional photos. I did a google search on them and went through numerous reviews of the business and most of them were stellar. But then I saw the previous reviews on here and had some apprehension in regards to buying a car from them. When I brought up these reviews they were very honest and straightforward about them specifically. They asked me to give them a chance to prove that the reviews weren't true and they went out of their way to earn my business. Let me honestly tell you that I'm happy that I did. I've owned my own business for 30+ years and understand that in this day and age the internet can be a great tool for both customers and businesses. But it definitely has its drawbacks, as I discussed with their general manager. Most satisfied customers don't get on websites to leave businesses great reviews, but dissatisfied and disgruntled customers will use it as a tool to get what they want out of a business. I know I could of been one of the potential customers that read one of their negative reviews and never even bothered to give them a chance. Knowing this I came on this site to talk about my experience and to say that I couldn't be happier with my experience dealing with them. From the first phone call to the last, they went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Thank you to everyone at Gallery Autos for the tremendous effort!! Good luck guys

Amazing People!, I was on my way to a ash spreading memorial for my father in law from Shorewood Illinois to Cartersville about 320 miles. I was driving my less the two week old Audi e-Tron. Thinking getting power was as easy as getting fuel. Not the case. With less than two miles till dead. I was able to locate a charging station at KC Summers Nissan. I arrive 5 minutes till close on a Saturday afternoon. I realized after plugging in, the charge was going to take at least 4 hours till 80%. Knowing I had a situation on my hands and another 130 plus mile to travel. Pat Renfro and staff offered a loner at no charge? I was blown away because this doesn't happen where I'm from. Being a business owner for over 30 years myself, I realized businesses with trust and integrity still exist in America. Hat's off to you guys. I would recommend you people to everyone I know.

I bought a 2007 Dodge Sprinter 2500 passenger van from these folks. I live in Atlanta so I bought it sight unseen based on what Ralph and Andy told me. I know it's chancy but they were completely honest and straight up with me. They told me everything about the van good and bad. I picked it up and drove it nonstop back home 13 hours and it ran like a top. My mechanic back home checked it out and backed up exactly what the dealership guys told me. They gave me a great deal and I'd definitely recommend them. They're not scam artists just trying to take advantage of chumps. Down to earth people and totally honest. Great price to boot. Small place but I'd use them before some big dealership.

Was looking to replace my "03 Chevy Malibu that my daughter had totaled, Tom was very helpful in showing me the cars he had and answering questions. Decided on an "02 Jeep Cherokee that he had just got in, they cleaned it up and even replaced the heater coil on it without charging me more for it. Tom was very easy to work with and would have even waited for my check from the insurance company if needed. My mechanic looked over the Jeep thoroughly and he gave it a thumbs up! I was very happy with my experience at Auto Outlet and would recommend him to friends & family without hesitation. Easy car buying experience I have ever had.

I think this is silly, all the same I was curious about Dawns rant so I looked it up. I have a few issues: 1) It appears that Dawn is likely an employee of Auto Outpost North! 2) Since when is it wrong to leave a review, as a business you must take the good and bad? 3) Even if Dawn made a connection of the person leaving the review, why respond like that? 4) If Dawn is leaving a rebuttal review, why use an article from 1999 to quash unless you work there? 5) This person is not the only one who have left bad reviews on these guys, for several back years. 6) This makes Dawn an internet stalker, and is illegal, and can be pursued legally. Dr Hemlock is right, I did read the reviews online, not just his, the 30 or so others that left reviews as well. It does appear that Auto Outpost North does have a long line of contract, service, and possible lemon automobile sales. There is also a BBB review from the person you mention, so it really does appear that you have stalked this individual, and are now on damage control. Trying to take credibility away from a reviewer that left a legal review is tasteless. I thank you Dawn for making my decision to buy a vehicle from another dealer, since I used this review as a deciding factor to even go to these guys at Auto Outpost. And thank you again, you not only have shined a bright light on Auto Outpost, you have convinced me that you work there or are somehow connected to them in another way and are trying so desperately to try to take someones opinion away with garbage in my opinion. And with that let me in in just how many bad reviews these guys do have online.

Excellent experience. Negotiated the price over the phone. Arrived at the dealership - the car was exactly as advertised, the price was exactly as what was agreed on. Was out within 30-40 minutes. Happy with the car, happy with the people. I doubt that I squeezed every last possible dollar out of this deal, but it was a pleasant, no hassle transaction.

Making money when you fail only - Bellleasing1

Leased one vehicle from them as a rental car company. Unfortunetly car was impounded by City OF Chicago due to multiple red light violations caused by our renters which are "high risk with debit cards" so were unable to collect money from them. We made payments to Bell Leasing for close to 10.000 dollars till car was impounded. Bell Leasing picked up a car from impound and declined to return it to us. He sold it for $8000 and sue us for another $1500 in court. Car price was $11.000 when we purchased it. So total money he made on us was almost 20 K! Perfect example of a rip off of a small "rat" that is unable to make money right way. Think twice before you do business with BELL Leasing . He is waiting for you to fail and repo your car. That's how he is making money. Contact me if you were in similar situation and ripped off by Bell Leasing and Bob Doppelt and join my law suit against him

The Salesman who took care of me was Carlos Cruz, he was able to help me find a great affordable car and at no point did I feel pressured!. I was able to roam the dealership and look at all the cars without feeling rushed or anything. The communication with him was excellent! Another thing I saw was that they were really fast with no xx. I was in and out and driving down the road in less than three hours.

My experience is not yet complete. However, up to now, they've been very attentive to my wishes, and stayed in contact with me. They worked to get me within a preapproved loan, but also to get me separate financing when my financer wouldn't finance 100%. My only complaint isn't really their fault. The only highway driving available around them is tollway, and that's nearly always congested.

From the very start, Pete and his brother lied to us (we found out later). When we first got there we asked him how long they had the car? They said, about a month. We asked if they had any maintenance papers on it or and papers when they got it from their own look over. They told us no. Then they wouldn’t let us take it on a test drive over 30 miles an hour, it didn’t even give us enough time to see if the heat worked. But he said it did. We fell in love with the car, it was a 2002 black Chevy camero… I had an 85 growing up. We trusted them that the car was in good condition so we bought it. We only drove it around the neighborhood of new lenox a few time. On the 10th day we decide to show my parents and take it on the expressway… 15-20 min into the ride we heard noises and started to overheat. We barely got it to the shoulder on the ramp of 80 going onto 57 heading north. It started smoking, so we got out of the car. Now mind you it was cold and starting to get dark. Once no smoke was coming out we got back in. Then the battery died so we had no Hazards… now we r sitting in a black camero at night on a curve of an expressway ramp. My husband called Pete to tell him and he said well I’m not paying for that! My husband was told the tow truck was on its was and then it got delayed so he came with his car and sat behind us with blinkers on. Fast forward to when we get car to shop, that Pete told us to go to… the mechanics told us Pete has had that car in there 2 times and he told Pete what the problems were, he even had the receipts to show us, that’s said new repairs that need to be worked on and the previous problems listed again. This is where we learned they had the car 4 months. The mechanic said Pete does this all the time, and he’s getting sick of it. If he ever fixes anything it’s just a bandaid, he never fixes the problems. He does that so it will hold a month or so and then it will break and cost the customer the money. The mechanic said he was gonna tell Pete not to use him anymore because he doesn’t like what Pete’s doing. When we told Pete something bigger is wrong and your gonna have to fix it (it was under the 15 day period where used car dealers have to either fix problem or buy car back). He said “I’ll fight you on that!”. The worst part it was for my sons Birthday and all he got was a broken car. In conclusion, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP FOR THE SAFTY OF YOUR FAMILY! They sell cars that are for sure gonna break down soon after u buy it, and u never know where or when that will be. Please think of you and your families SAFTY!

I had this exact same car, but my baby was stolen from me💔 I found this car online, I am a flight attendant from Mi. So I flew out to see it and make sure that there wasn’t any issues. It was beautiful, ran so smoothly, and exactly as described👍 met with Gene, and I told him that I wanted the car. I put down a deposit and sign the purchase order. Then they had it shipped to me. No problems whatsoever. I had a Great experience 😏 I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know.😉

I was searching for a SUV and I came across the 2000 Durango at D&M Corvettes. I called and was told to come in an see Dave. When I arrived Dave was with another customer but he did come by and say hello. I told him who I was and was looking for the Durango. The Truck was on the show room floor and wow was it in great shape. When Dave was finished with the other client. He came to talk to me about the Dodge. I purchased the car and in a week it was in my garage. They even fixed the rear door shocks that were worn. Very please with D&M Corvettes and Dave.
