It is the way I like to do business. Attention to detail. Just today I made an appointment with Lance Dailey to dial in my settings on my new2025 Aspec Advance. I have only had the car for 5 days and getting asked how I was able to find the color (cypress grey). I explained my bad experience to her, told what I was looking for in a deal. She jumped on her computer and figured it out. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and make me feel welcome. Cassens has a low key family oriented vibe to it. It was exactly what I was looking for in a dealership!

Called out of the blue, so to speak, as 5 other BMW dealerships were not very helpful. Live in the current Hurricane Helene disaster zone of Asheville. Connected with Michelle who was such a breath of fresh air compared to other BMW sales people. She worked through so many mindnumbing details to enable me to buy the M440i. She helped me find a hotel and came to pick me up to take me to the dealership to close the sale. Could not have asked a sales person to do more. She also got me a couple discounts. Mike, Finance Manager, was aldo very helpful in navigating me through add ons and financial matters to buy it. If i leved in Chicagoland I would never even consider going to another BMW dealership. Thank you all

Hello! I went in for a tire rotation & oil change earlier this month on my 2020 Corolla, all is well when I go in. I figured while I was there I could get an estimate on a 2024 Camry BUT to be perfectly honestly I wasn't going to buy a car. Thought well I’m going to wait. Jake Elitzer, reached out to me letting me know this is what we can do for you, I absolutely fell in love with my 2023 Toyota Camry he had brought out. The building was around closing time but I didn’t feel pushed or rushed to buying the car, didn’t feel as if they were trying to get me out of the building. Jake is a very calm, patient, intelligent & professional worker. Not only did I give Jake five stars, but this dealership as well.
