NIghtmare! - drrezek

NIghtmare! I bought a car from them with the miles turned back. It is all over the carfax report, which they did not show to me. I cancelled the extended warranty that they sold me, which I paid for in full, almost $4,000 for the warranty. They refuse to send me the refund check that they cashed. This car has sooooo many problems. I have spent a ton of money fixing just some of them. I now have attorneys involved. I would give them a negative 5 rating if possible. Save yourself the torture. They also do not return calls when theres a problem.

The car (2007 C6 Corvette) was better than described... Freshly detailed and good as new in every aspect. The dealer was a tough negotiator but the car was well worth the price. Highly recommend this dealer and would absolutely return for any future purchases.

Nice salesman but don’t keep their word. Said they’d order us a manual. That was in January. Still waiting. Bad enough there was only one key but to flat out lie to you? The manager wouldn’t work at all with getting us a serving key. I wish we had just walked away. I’d definitely suggest going just about anywhere else.

Frenchee was very professional and I'm sure is a GREAT salesperson. I came with certified funds from Heritage Federal Credit Union and the checkout process, well I was there for a little over 2 hours and a half. Now you have curb side pickup, bought my car 2 weeks to early.

I Don't Even Know Where To Start With This One... I went to buy a Mercedes R 350 from this people, which was suppose to be my car number 8 in my life. In all of my previous dealerships I was more than satisfied, but not with this one. In a first place, the price that they asked for the vehicle was simply ridiculous ... The test drive was kind of weird and through the all time the sales person Brad Pitt was trying to play the radio (so I can't hear the problems with the car). I ended buying because the model and the millage was the exact one that I was looking for. After I sign the documents they gave me an one month warranty and asked me to bring the car back so they can fixed the 5 issues that we found. Two days later (May 18th 2015) I brought the car back and they promised to fix it for 2-3 days. Three days after I left the car I asked if they are done with it and they told me that the car is on a working progress and they can't give me exact day when it will be ready. Twenty days after that I went to get my car with my lawyer. The car was never fixed and I would strongly advice everyone to avoid that dealership!

A PRO'S PRO! I have bought a lot of cars over the years from a lot of places. Private party, relatives, new car dealers, used car lots, even eBay. I have bought both new and used, buy and lease. The purchase I made from Ringa Auto Sales was by far the best car purchasing experience I have ever had! Dealerships, Car Lots, Sales People, all should take note of how this business is run! The owner Jeff was great to work with. He was professional, accommodating, informative, and patient. He was willing to take as much time as I needed to see the car, test drive the car (more than once) and let me have the car checked out, all on my time and my terms. He was willing to do whatever I asked to make buying from him an easy decision, and I'm glad I did! The car I bought is a great car at a great price. Everything he did on my behalf through the state for registration, taxes, and license plates was perfect. There were no mistakes with any of the paperwork. The car I bought is an amazing car and was a fantastic price. I had been looking for a Camry for almost 2 years. I could never find one in great shape, with low miles, that was not over priced. The one I bought was not only a great looking car that is mechanically perfect, but the price was more than fair! It's a shame that there are so few locally owned and operated business like this any more. Hardware stores, grocery stores, gas stations, all used to be this way. The level of service, professionalism, and the great prices offered at Ringa Auto Sales are that of decades past! It's like traveling back in time to when people cared about what they did, how they did it, and were proud of their work, their establishment, and their standing in the community!
