They promise to call back, and never do. You can't get ahold of a manager if you try. Awful experience. Brand new car has major issue and they don't even care - out of sight, out of mind. We have been very nice and understanding trying to fix this issue with a brand new car, but they haven't done a single thing they have promised to help us resolve the issue. Lip service and lies. Had we known this, we would have purchased from another Lexus dealership. RUN!!

I was not looking forward to the whole new car buying experience. I was very pleasantly surprised by how easy it was. Leticia Sanchez, my sales consultant, was simply outstanding. She patiently listened to and answered my many questions, and explained all of the many features on the Crosstrek. It was a true pleasure working with her. The price of the car was fair and it was definitely worth driving in from Frankfort, even though there are several Subaru dealerships closer to me than Gerald.

I bought my car from Mr Escareno months ago and I love it. Came in for service and I was taken care of by Lynn checked me in without and appointed and even accepted a coupon I had. Basic service is always good when you get in and out quickly and so I was happy to be finished in time to get some McDonald's as I left. I didn't realize that I was taken care of by the service manager Lynn, she is so customer friendly, not like some places you go and you have to be friends of the owner to get service. I'm sticking with Lynn and her mechanics. Thanks again Great place. Buy your next car here and see Lynn in service.
