Incorrectly submitted lian papers higher than price cant afford they new payments have to reapply, no way want money back and run as fast as I can from this place. Watch out they do what is know as predator loan's, look it up and don't buy from here.

I worked with Luis Rivera, really nice guy and friendly willing to work with you. But the mangers got me approved for the car I wanted last few months. But I didn’t know my actual payment, cause they showed me the price of the car, what I got for my car, and a low I assumed monthly payments. But got into Josh Crofton office that’s when it was higher what I told Luis Rivera that I want to pay. I sat their thinking to myself should I do it. He showed me that payments I saw before signing paperwork was a weekly bases. Them I ask what would it be twice a month it would take half my check I said. I said weekly would be better. Than went home with the car, and the first full day I’m driving to work and I hear a knocking noise when I turn and break. The next day the same thing cause I thought it was dust in the breaks. So the second full day having the car, went to talk to someone in finance about a warranty for the car at my local Nissan and had the service department inspect the car. Found out there was a recall on the car, and that about $1,284 worth of fixes. So I had the service department do the recall, and two major fixes that needs to be done. Others I can go back and get done later. This car was never certified inspected by no one at grote. They need to stop claiming that and show proof of it! I recommend never buy a car from them. Cause I’m sure never going to them again.

I am a 67 year old old school guy so buying a used car online was not easy for me because I could not kick the tires or test drive the car. The car is for my 18 year old son who found it on Carfax a 2007 Mustang GT convertible. Sweet ride! I spoke to Karim Z. who was great to walk me through the prosses. The Mustang is as they said it was and the drivers who delivered it were spot on! I will be buying another car when my 15 year old is ready for his new car and I will be dealing with Karim Z. at Power Motor Cars INC.

My experience with Schaumburg Kia has been nothing but problematic and disappointing for the 3rd time in a row. I myself am an automotive technician at another dealer and completely surprised by the level of incompetence and failures at this dealer. I’ll be sure to never return or recommend this dealer. I had dropped my car off overnight at the old location, was never made aware of the new location when I scheduled my appointment. I was told the car was finished. This is when the problems started. I had brought my car in for a transmission issue and some lights on. The lights were diagnosed however, I was charged an hour diagnosis for practically a code scan. This is the Third time in for the transmission issues. They said it could not be replicated; there was no offer to do a customer drive or inspect further. As this call was less then a few hours after I was told the car was checked in. The disappointment came because I have been here before with the same advisor and replicated the issue twice with different technicians on 2 separate occasions. There was nothing that could be done at that time, however the issue has gotten worse since. To add more insult to injury when I got my receipt, the mileage was the same. Leading me to believe this issue was never looked at all. Considering I paid nearly $200 for an hour of diagnosis, I’m sure this should have been looked at further. I paid and called to authorize overnight pick up. I was told it was ok and the key would be in a secure location. When I showed up to the dealer, old location, nobody was there however all the service department door were open, I looked for over 30 minutes over the entire property for my car. I even called 5 different associated number. Luckily I saw a couple employees from the Honda dealer next door who was helping me in finding out about the new location. When I had got to the new location I found my car locked, with no key in sight. I did see a finance manager locking the gates. I had asked if he could help me get my car. He said he doesn’t know there the keys are and couldn’t help me. He himself couldn’t even lock the gates because the lock was locked and he didn’t know where the key was kept. If this alone doesn’t paint the picture of the communication and management of this dealership I don’t know what does. I then called the next morning 2 times with no answer so I then called the main line to the service department. They shuttled me to the dealer and I was able to get my car. I was over 3 and 1/2 hours late to work because of this dealer’s incompetence. I’ve lost money from missed work and had to make up the lost time somehow. What a complete mess and disappointing experience. If there was any communication I would had not been late and missed my jobs expectations. I didn’t think It would be that hard for this dealer to meet theirs.

I went in feeling anxious because I thought the salesman might be “hard sell” and might not take me seriously because I am a woman. Instead, I had a very pleasant experience with Andy. I recommend this dealership and Andy in particular. The Mazda line is great, with a different engine from most cars, and boy does it jump when I put on the gas. Very peppy!! When I need another car, I will go straight back to Andy.
