The service department is very professional. Recently our vehicle needed to kept for a couple of days, but we had work that needed to be done. The Service Manager arranged a loaner vehicle to allow us to get our work completed. Our experience at Old Orchard Nissan has made us loyal customers.

Horrible experience trying to purchase a 2024 Acura RDX base model from Arlington Acura. I am a Costco member so went through their auto program in order to receive no haggle pricing. I was contacted by this dealership on April 24th and received the Costco price. The dealership THEN asked if I had any other vehicles in our household. Since we have a 2021 BMW X5 I was entitled to an ADDITIONAL $750 off the quote I received. The sales person INSISTED that the quote included the $750 discount??? At this point the runaround intensified as well as the urgency type pressure techniques. I knew this pricing was incorrect so I ended up contacting management at the Costco auto program for intervention. Costco forced the dealership to send me the correct price with the 2 discounts. Arlington Acura reluctantly sent me the pricing after leaving me a voice mail asking if I wanted the quote? I did want the quote and finally received it on May 1. On this very day Acura financial more than doubled the financing rate from 1.9% to 3.9%! Due to the extremely poor treatment, dishonesty, pressure techniques, more than doubling of the financing rate and stalling techniques I refuse to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I’ve driven a Honda/Acura for 44 years and it’s extremely disappointing to receive this type of treatment. I sent an email to 4 salespeople and the general manager at this dealership and never received a response.If NEGATIVE stars were possible that’s what I would give. BUYER BEWARE!

I am a 67 year old old school guy so buying a used car online was not easy for me because I could not kick the tires or test drive the car. The car is for my 18 year old son who found it on Carfax a 2007 Mustang GT convertible. Sweet ride! I spoke to Karim Z. who was great to walk me through the prosses. The Mustang is as they said it was and the drivers who delivered it were spot on! I will be buying another car when my 15 year old is ready for his new car and I will be dealing with Karim Z. at Power Motor Cars INC.

My wife and I decided that we did not need a full size truck which lead us back to Bull Valley Ford to test drive the Rangers & Mavericks. This was our second visit to work with Janel Coia. She proved extremely knowledgeable and helpful a few days earlier as we shopped F150's. She proved just as knowledgeable on the smaller trucks and quickly assisted us with several test drives. After she clarified the towing capabilities differences, we selected a beautiful 2021 Ford Ranger to purchase. Janel and her manager, Dave Demma made the whole experience a pleasure. 5 stars for both of them.

I worked with Luis Rivera, really nice guy and friendly willing to work with you. But the mangers got me approved for the car I wanted last few months. But I didn’t know my actual payment, cause they showed me the price of the car, what I got for my car, and a low I assumed monthly payments. But got into Josh Crofton office that’s when it was higher what I told Luis Rivera that I want to pay. I sat their thinking to myself should I do it. He showed me that payments I saw before signing paperwork was a weekly bases. Them I ask what would it be twice a month it would take half my check I said. I said weekly would be better. Than went home with the car, and the first full day I’m driving to work and I hear a knocking noise when I turn and break. The next day the same thing cause I thought it was dust in the breaks. So the second full day having the car, went to talk to someone in finance about a warranty for the car at my local Nissan and had the service department inspect the car. Found out there was a recall on the car, and that about $1,284 worth of fixes. So I had the service department do the recall, and two major fixes that needs to be done. Others I can go back and get done later. This car was never certified inspected by no one at grote. They need to stop claiming that and show proof of it! I recommend never buy a car from them. Cause I’m sure never going to them again.

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SOLD A LEMON, HAVE YOUR CREDIT DESTROYED AND BE IGNORED BY STAFF/MANAGEMENT. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I was sold a car with engine failure and have been jacked around regarding my refund and loan cancelation. I had the car in my possession for ONLY 2 DAYS! I did not receive a call from anyone durning whole ordeal with them. No one called to notify me of the problems. I had to reach out to them MULTIPLE TIMES. The service department informed me of the cars engine failure and said the sales team is working on a resolution. Aftes many days straight of calling and being transferred to wrong departments and leaving voice-mails, i still had no one contacting me. Almost two weeks to the date of purchase I walked into the store to see the sales managers eating girl scout cookies and chatting about golf behind the desk. Not once did a Manger even try to speak to me. I demanded a full refund and my loan to be canceled. 1 week had went by with many calls and visits to kia and even to the ford corporate office I finally received my refund check. Now two weeks have gone by and they still won't cancel my loan. Absolutely ridiculous and utterly disappointing.
