We were greeted at the door by him and from that point on we were well taken care of. On the closing side of the deal it was probably the fastest I’ve ever went through. Even though it was fast it was very thorough and well explained. The Gentleman that helped in the process was extremely help full and friendly as well. It was the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle.

I called in the morning and got the ball rolling on what car I wanted, gave the info for my trade in, and everything was all set when I arrived. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. Majority of the time spent not on paperwork was learning all the tech in the 2024 nautilus. So happy that my first experience buying a brand new car went so smooth. I couldn’t be more pleased with the professional treatment we received. Our sales rep (Pasha) made the process totally painless. He was incredibly patient, helpful and extremely knowledgeable! I even had my blue-tooth paired before I left the parking lot even though it meant Pasha standing outside on the coldest day of the year to provide guidance. Did I mention that the store manager (Dimitri) provided us a quote via email and gave us a loaner so that we would have an extra car? Keep up the great service!

I am a 67 year old old school guy so buying a used car online was not easy for me because I could not kick the tires or test drive the car. The car is for my 18 year old son who found it on Carfax a 2007 Mustang GT convertible. Sweet ride! I spoke to Karim Z. who was great to walk me through the prosses. The Mustang is as they said it was and the drivers who delivered it were spot on! I will be buying another car when my 15 year old is ready for his new car and I will be dealing with Karim Z. at Power Motor Cars INC.

They promise to call back, and never do. You can't get ahold of a manager if you try. Awful experience. Brand new car has major issue and they don't even care - out of sight, out of mind. We have been very nice and understanding trying to fix this issue with a brand new car, but they haven't done a single thing they have promised to help us resolve the issue. Lip service and lies. Had we known this, we would have purchased from another Lexus dealership. RUN!!
