I am very disappointed in this dealership. My oil change went from 85.00 to $121.00. The excuse was Chrysler wants Chrysler oil in my Jeep. I should get to choose my oil and I shouldn’t get charged for something I didn’t want. My car ran just fine in GM oil. I’m frustrated, I need to find someplace I can trust! Someplace that will put the customer before the car/oil manufacturers! Customer service should be the priority!

I did not buy my 1997 Lincoln town car at Grossinger Motors but when I did need to service it, which was very seldom, Grossinger did a great Job. I was able to keep the car for 20 years thanks to the great mechanics they had. Thank You, MFB Normal, Illinois
