I came in to get an oil change on my car and ended up looking around. I was tired of putting money in on my car every few months so I decided it was time to look around. I test drove a few (3 or 4) vehicles and Joe was great about it. He didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time. He actually tried to get me to test drive more cars than I did as he states "how would I know if I don't try it" which I thought was great that he was willing to put in the time with me without making me feel rushed or making me feel like I was wasting his time when he could be helping someone else that was more sure about buying a car. The only thing that kind of ticked me off was the fact that the day after I signed the paperwork on my car the price of the car online went down $1000....
