My wife and I started using D'Orazio Ford for service last year on our 2020 Expedition Max. We have had nothing but great experiences every time we visit the service department.

Their customer service is really bad. I was told that parts will come in within a week and then a week became weekssss and NO ONE CALL to let us know. We have to call back to find out. When we called, they can't find my order and told me to bring my car back so that they can check on the parts numbers, which they should given that i was there the last time and they looked at my car. Upon my request, they checked again and then FOUND my records and told me that part would take a few MORE WEEKS!!!!!

My 2023 corolla passenger's side window stuck with 1/5 open in a winter day when I am driving south. After two hours of driving, I decide to find a Toyota dealer to check it out. This one is the closest. The service guy help me roll it up on the spot with no charge.

I am always pleased when I walk into the Chevy Dealership here in Dekalb,IL. Everyone is always nice and greet you at the door. I usually get help from Jason who takes care of my vehicle needs. He always give me options as to what I can do to take care of my car. Rather its choosing the most affordable tires or my vehicles future needs that I need to keep in mind. When my car Axel needed repair I couldn't afford it right away, and that's when Jason offered me a dealers car to get back and forth to work for the week. I really appreciated that! He encouraged me to take care of my important bills like my rent that was due the same day that my vehichle broke down,and to prioritize. I felt carefree because of Jason, knowing that he was doing everything that he could to help until I came up with the money I needed to repair my car. He took the stress and heavy burdens off of my shoulders, and I can't say that any other dealership have ever treated me that well! I recommend everyone I know to visit Dekalb Chevrolet. Whenever I come to get something as simple as an oil change these guys take care of me right away. My wait time is not long and my visits are always pleasant! The refreshments are great and I feel very comfortable walking into that place trusting that they will take care of my vehicle needs in the most fast and friendly way possible.
